Appearance: Lí stands at an average height of 5'10", and is of a slight build, weighing approximately 140 pounds. He has a somewhat feminine appearance, with a slender jaw, narrow lips and a fairly small nose. His hair is a dirty-blonde color, and reaches to the small of his back when he wears it in a ponytail, as he usually does. Lí's eyes are a bright blue color, in a stark contrast to his typical personal attire. His voice is usually a soft tenor, further contributing to possible assumptions that he is female.

Lí's standard attire consists of a black vest worn over a sky blue button-up shirt, which in turn is tucked into a pair of thick black trousers. His trousers are worn loose over a pair of steel-toe combat boots.

History: Lí was born into an average family, and lived a simple, relatively happy life, even with the divorce of his parents. He enrolled in Signal at age 13, and forged his weapon, Fenghuang.

At 16, Lí's father was accused of heinous crimes, and so the young man stood up to openly defend his father during the trial. This action placed a further stigma on him than simply being the son of a convicted lech would, and so Lí became withdrawn, turning bitter toward the cruelty of the world.

As if to spite his bitterness, Lí retained some sense of idealism, resolving to do what he could to bring his name back into good graces, and hopefully make the world a more honest place.

Personality: Lí is a generally affable young man, preferring to avoid conflict when possible. He has a measure of arrogance about him, yet works to keep it well reigned in. An honest man, Lí abhors lies, though he has no qualms with misdirection and deceptive truths. Lí has a low tolerance for willful stupidity, and will often voice disparaging remarks regarding such behavior. In line with his disparaging of idiocy is an appreciation for beauty in many forms, especially nature and attire. As a stark contrast, however Lí is largely an awkward individual in social settings, often struggling to find words appropriate for the conversation at hand. As such, he vastly prefers listening over speaking when presented with a choice in the matter. Despite the apparent control he shows, Lí is also fairly unstable, emotionally.

Strength: Lí is an intelligent and observant man, relying on logic more often than not to determine his course of action. In addition, he's a nimble fighter, emphasizing evasion over defense to avoid injury. As an unusual talent, Lí is also a capable gunsmith, yet he does not use firearms himself in combat.

Weakness: Due to his strong emphasis on evasion, Lí is less able to manifest his Aura as a protective shield around himself, meaning that he cannot take many hits before being forced to yield or withdraw.

Semblance: Shift: Lí is capable of instantly and drastically altering the momentum of himself and his weapon, Fenghuang, without suffering harm or causing damage to the blade. This can be likened to the emotional instability he exhibits.

WEAPON

Name: Fenghuang

Primary Form: A Great Rapier imbued with Ice Dust, Fenghuang has a blade extending to a total of five feet in length, the guard is two inches thick where it joins the hilt and blade, and the hilt measures a foot and a half on its own, with the pommel extending out past Lí's elbow when resting against Lí's forearm. Using the Ice Dust chambered withing the hilt, Lí is capable of generating ethereal looking orbs and blades of ice to assist with combat. The orbs detonate when triggered, spreading a thin layer of ice over the area and chilling any within the blast radius, while the blades will penetrate through and chill an affected target from within.

History: Lí forged Fenghuang during his attendance at Signal, and kept the weapon with him after his father's trial as a token of better, simpler times.
