History:
As a child, Eileen was treated like an outcast for multiple reasons. Discrimination from being a faunus is out of the question, but her specific traits make it even worse. As a panda-faunus, Eileen was born chubbier than most, and continued to grow chubby as she aged. Her ears weren’t much of a problem, but her hair constantly grew fluffy and long, which was bait for disrespectful people. People pulled at her hair, poked at her “flab”, and made fun of her clothes. When Eileen was 12, the constant teasing against her began to affect her behavior. She would begin to physically harm anyone that offended or opposed her. More and more people began to respect her. Unfortunately, these actions caused her school grades to drop critically, forcing her to be held back a year.
After being held back, Eileen cleaned up her act. She began to practice discipline, tolerance, and persistent effort. Yet she still longed for respect. Instead of committing violence, Eileen promised that she will gain respect through helping society by becoming a huntress. Once the school year was over, she decided to enroll in the Signal Academy where she created her own weapon and trained to become a warrior.
Every day she studied, trained, and enforced her rights to respect. At first her training was great pressure and stress, but she adapted to the pattern over time. Her studies taught her discipline and success through hard work. She gained morals that helped structure her character over time such as tolerance, diligence, kindness, honesty, patience, and self-control. Eileen gained more friends and fewer enemies. She gained respect not through violence, but through kindness and tolerance.
Even the physical exercise from training helped her lose a bit of weight, although it didn’t help THAT much. Her chubbiness and weight didn’t matter anyways, for her muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, etc. was equally efficient (if not better) when compared to the other students. She practiced new ways to use her weapon against enemies, and perfected her strikes. Wanting to further her training, she applied to Beacon Academy. Being accepted, she awaits for what lies ahead.

Personality:
Eileen is a woman of discipline and power. She can handle stress and overwhelming situations most of the time, and seems like a very calm and forgiving person. Although Eileen is usually calm and mellow, it doesn’t mean she is not a kind and sympathetic person. Eileen also has a good sense of humor if she wants to. She is very loyal to her loved ones and usually likes to take matters into her own hands

Strength:
Eileen is a persistent woman who works very hard and usually doesn’t give up. Her ability to commit is surprisingly high, and she has a great capacity of caring and sympathy. Eileen is also strong physically. She is well rounded with traits such as muscular endurance, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, balance, etc.

Weakness:
She loses her temper when people question her physical traits easily, and she can sometimes go too overboard. Eileen can sometimes be too serious and take sarcasm, pranks, or ordinary jokes the wrong way.

Semblance:
“Flexing”
Eileen’s semblance gives her the ability to gain great strength. Her ‘flab’ can be manipulated to imitate muscle mass. If she were to activate or “flex” a desired area in her body, the area would suddenly gain extreme strength, depending on how much ‘flab’ is present. The amount of time she is able to do this depends on her concentration. Her power is like flexing, you can do it for a little bit but holding it forever is just painful. If she were to strengthen her entire body, she would last around thirty seconds to a minute. Afterwards, she would be completely fatigued. If she were to strengthen her arm, it would last around two or three minutes. Afterwards her arm would be sore.
The cooldown lasts depending on how long she uses her power. The amount of time she would use her power would then be multiplied by two, and then added +5 minutes for every limb and +10 minutes when the torso is used.

The red switch is used for the blade to sheath into the base of the sword so she could hook it onto her belt.
Even though there isn’t that much advanced technology, the weapon itself is a 4 in 1 advantage. I found a video that helps show how they are used.

Name: [The] Gemini

Primary Form: There is only one form (unless you count the blade being sheathed as a second form) but the one form can be used many ways.

History:
Eileen created the swords to represent love, and is symbolized when the two curved ends meet to create the shape of a heart. It is supposed to represent how love can either hurt or help someone, depending on who they are.
She created them at the Signal Academy when she accidentally overheated the blade and added a curved end. She noticed it made a ‘hook’ shape, and started working from there. She added hand protection, a sharp dagger-like point on the other end, and sharpened the back side of the blade for slashing.

I'm not too sure about the semblance, but I'm not entirely against it either, so we'll see what the next modmin thinks. Approved 1/2.
