Initiation

Couldn't help but notice that initiation is getting sluggish. Are there, like, guidelines or anything for that? I'm wondering how you guys fit 3 of these since the past-what?-August?

Vox has mentioned in chat, IIRC, that Initiation 4 was cancelled but he hasn't made an actual thread stating it for the participants. Initiation's 1 and 3 were cancelled after about 3 weeks each because of people leaving and it taking too long for things to happen. Initiation 2 was the only successful one because it had only about 12 characters and 8 of them ended up staying on, IIRC.

I would really like to have an initiation here, personally.
