Appearance: 6’1”  180lb, Toned medium sized body, black shoulder-length hair, Tan skin, Bright green eyes and a jagged scar across the bridge of the nose, right under the eyes, from cheek to cheek. Usually wears black pants with a green and black long sleeved shirt. Mostly wears a black hooded jacket.

History: Born on a foreign land away from the Vale. Niro lived in poverty, not knowing the whereabouts of his own parents and with only one friend, whose name he didn't know, before being found by his Uncle Shira and his cousin Tauren at age 8. Shira trained them both when he had reached the Vale.  At age 15 he was nearly killed by a Beowolf before Shira pulled him away and sacrificed himself to save Niro and Tauren. The attack left a scar that is a constant reminder that he was to blame for his uncle’s death. He continued to train vigorously until he was requested to attend Beacon. During said training, he came across a group of thieves trying to take money from a young man. As he was attacked, Niro fought them, defending the boy and defeated them all. He then bluntly suggested the boy that he should start carrying weapons on his person. He is soon paired with Agamemnon Vercingetorix and is awaiting the formation of their team.

Personality: Laid back, quiet, and once provoked enough, he becomes extremely angry. He also is a brutally honest person, he holds a strong sense of loyalty towards allies, friends, and family. He despises bullying and hates when people judge at the first sight of another person.

Strength: Hand to hand, using bladed weapons , speed, Intelligence, Strategies

Weakness:  He gets too hard on himself and nearly blames himself for everything that goes wrong.  And extremely shy around the opposite sex. Gets winded easily, long use of Semblance can tire him as well. His Semblance doesn't do well water, ice, or rubber objects.

Semblance: Lightning- generation when he is able to get a static charge, Uses waves to sense objects in a 300 yard radius. He can also gain energy by abosorbing energy from electrical objects.

WEAPON

Name: Tempesta Leone
Primary Form:Collapsable Bo staff that gets bigger when a button is pressed. When not used it is the size of a baton. When the button is pressed, it is about 8 feet long.

Secondary Form: If both halves of the staff are twisted in opposite directions, blades come out the ends and it becomes a bladed staff.

Tertiary Form: none

History: Created by himself. His Uncle taught him how to make it as a gift for his 13th Birthday. It's concept was passed on to him from a weapon he saw when his uncle attacked an Ursa with the same weapon, the only differences were that the staff wasn't collapsable and one blade came out one end, making it a spear.

Overall, you need more detail just about everywhere.

I want to see some combat-centered weaknesses in there.

This is a pet peeve of mine- Bows get the power from the wooden arms bending, then snapping back, taking the bowstring along with it. The bowstring does not change size. Swords, especially along the spine, aren't really supposed to bend, as such, the weapon you currently have is for all intents and purposes, useless. We do however have similar weapons here, though with different mechanics such as springloaded elbows on the blades to act similarly to a bow.

I've changed the weapon to an easier weapon to combine along with a more detailed history of the weapon. I also added a few combat weaknesses along and explanation for how far his semblance goes.

Okay, tone down that semblance a lot. It feels like more than one semblance and the sensing ability is VERY powerful.

I want one more weakness to balance out the strengths.
