Name: Mycroft Fraudulenti

Age: 17, Born on the Fourteenth day of the Ninth month.

Gender: Male

Species: Human

Symbol: An Cyan eye with a black swirl shape behind it.

Occupation: Student at Beacon.

Appearance: 5'9" 140 lb, Medium sized body, Dirt Blonde shoulder-length spiky hair, Pale skin, Blue eyes. Wears a white shirt with a Cyan waistcoat and a black coat, also wears black trousers with black shoes. A bandoleer crosses his torso which connects to his weapons sheath.

History: Born in Vale, Mycroft lived in a high class family of solicitors, he either spent most of his days building, socializing or exploring Vales streets. When he was Eleven years old, his family pushed him towards a career in politics to boost their status. However, Mycroft wanted a life that would truly benefit the citizens of Vale and would not have him locked in an office; so much to his families discontent, he studied at Signal to eventually attend beacon to train to become a Hunter.

Personality: Mycroft is often kind, caring, forgiving and charitable, he believes that most of the money he earned was not needed and he often donated it to charity. When he is concentrating on something, he will be quiet and unsociable but when he is with friends he will be loud and lively, he is also known to be a trickster and sometimes pulls pranks on anyone. Although he can be sarcastic to people he dislikes and is rude when he is concentrating. He is also equal minded, no matter of race or gender. He despises those who abuse and undermine those who insult and abuse the Faunus and has often funded Faunus protests.

Strength:  Sword fighting, Ranged weapons, Speed, Intelligence, Perception.

Weakness: He lacks strength and endurance which makes him useless in some situations. He is also easily angered at times and will lash out but immediately apologize. His semblance requires high concentration and often exhausts him.

Semblance: Mycroft can alter a persons perception of time, making things appear faster or slower than they really are. By using this ability, he can trick his enemy into thinking he is slow and then use his speed to create a sneak attack on his enemy.

The effect often lasts Ten seconds to a minute, depending on his condition.

WEAPON

Name: Zatocheny Luk

Primary Form: A Gladius with a tube running through the center to the middle of the blade. A core which utilizes Dust as an energy source is located above the handle whilst a small decorative diamond is at the bottom of the hilt. A trigger switch is on the hilt.

Secondary Form: It transforms by the top half of the blade splitting in half, creating a bow shape whilst the tube extends by 3 CM; forming a barrel. Once in this form, it can fire energy blasts created by the Dust core when the switch on the hilt is pressed. The blasts are not powerful but are still effective.

History: When he was Sixteen, his parents finally gave in to his chosen path in life and bought him what he needed to create a weapon. At first the weapons would not function properly and stay in one form, then they started to explode, then they wouldn't function and explode. After Thirteen attempts he succeeded with Zatocheny Luk.

Due to the paradoxical implications of having portions of the world being in a different point in time than the rest of it, we cannot approve of a semblance that distorts/controls/alters time.

That said, we can, and have, approved of characters that only alter one's perception of time.
