Name: Lilith Raynes

Age:19

Gender:Female

Symbol:Triple Spiral

Appearance: Lilith is about 5'4, with dark brown hair and brown eyes as well. She has a slim build, topping out at 125-130 lb. Lilith keeps her hair short, mostly out of its effectiveness though she does show a liking towards the style it provides
She tends to dress comfortably, rarely choosing to be more formal if it would limit her movement-wise.
Commonly in a simple green tank top and brown shorts, she will sometimes change things up with her long sleeved jacket, always zipped up before a fight, no matter the weather.
She sometimes chooses to wear a dark brown beanie around when the mood strikes, and it was much more common when she had longer hair.

Personality: Lilith keeps most issues as far away from serious as possible, joking, smiling, and overall avoiding serious conversation as much as possible.
This is juxtaposed by her extremely competitive nature. If she DOES get into a fight, or even a minor disagreement, she will not want to back down anywhere short of a win.
She tends to enjoy minor conflicts however; a race, a sparring session. However she has been known to take things too far, and be a poor sport on more than one occasion.
Finally, when it comes to friends, she tries hard to be a loyal friend, and failing to do so is viewed as a loss for her.
Overall her nature tends to get her in trouble, but she has learned to curb it as best she can.

History: Lilith was born to a very dedicated family. Once a large, powerful group, the Raynes legacy was crushed by multiple deaths over the course of years.
Some of their prized weapons and dust techniques were lost and this lead to a deep calling within the family. An urge to reach their former peak, and regain lost glory.
This is where Lilith comes in. Her parents themselves never settled for second best, and they didn't with their daughter either. She could not be anything less the the best.
As a result, Lilith strives to be unparalleled in some respects, but always seems to fall short. This lead to some harsh treatment by her parents and towards herself.
At the end of her time at Signal, Lilith had finally come up with a weapon that would suit her, and designed it from scratch, lacing the blades with dust and designing the mechanisms by hand.
At this point, she strives to prove herself, if not to her parents, then to anyone who would question her family name, or forget it's once daunting legacy.

Strength: Speed. She is quick thinking, and quick to act, and this translates well onto the battlefield. Scouting and distraction work come well,
but she rarely uses her strengths to escape conflict unless she feels she won the battle already.

Weakness: This speed also leads to Lilith making assumptions about the situation, both in combat and outside of it.
She may underestimate someone, or rush against one enemy into a group of 5 she did not see.

WEAPON

Name: Quicksilver

Primary Form: Dual shortswords, laced with white dust for increased movement speed, and with gun mechanisms facing towards the blade's end, near the hilt.
Overall, her weapon lends itself to a fighting style; one of extreme speed and mobility.  Lilith is constantly moving, using the white dust and gun mechanisms to attack from many angles and constantly keep her opponent on their toes.
This style can be tiring, and Lilith sometimes opts for a more precise style of dodging and counterattacking, especially in long battles.

Secondary Function: By using dust she can create platforms in mid-air and allow herself increased speed overall. This is mostly used in addition to her normal fighting, and she rarely uses any sort of straight magic outside of this.

Tertiary Function: If she hits an enemy with a white dust bullet, the point of impact can be used as a speed boost, allowing for more damaging attacks on that area. While she prefers close range combat, she is not against using her guns to take down foes. Especially if for enemies she cannot get close to safely.

History: The blades were made in a long process, with Lilith constantly looking at different builds and weapons that would allow her the best mobility in a fight.
She finally settled on dual daggers, mostly for their versatility and their ease of use with a gun mechanism.

Added a bit more functionality to the gun part. Hopefully that's what you meant.

yup. Oh also "unrivaled speed and mobility" is hard to have. so instead change it to "very high speed and mobility"

after that you're approved.
