Text description: Tsuteto's hair is a long silver color, with some slight flair of spikes through out, especially more towards the top and at the bangs. His clothing consists of a simple white shirt and pair of blue jeans, with dark brown boots. Over that is his trench coat, a midnight black in shade, with a blood red lining on the inside, and his symbol in a blood red in the center of the back. Being at a height of six feet even, his jade green eyes peer out from beneath his locks. His body structure is well toned, not overly beefed, being made more for agility and endurance. His face has a slight chisel type look, giving an appearance of determination and resolution, a look that has the ability to strike fear into the average foe, yet speaks of kindness to those who he has come to aid. Finally, his weapon is sheathed on his back, wrapped and supported by what many will say is a lizard's tail, yet he himself will call the tail of a dragon. When asked if he is of the faunus, he will deny it.
Personality: While he can appear cold and ruthless, he is actually quite kind hearted. When he is in a battle, he refuses to kill any person, given from his history. In every day life, he will speak bluntly, yet not rudely. This is not to say he is without emotion, but he has learned quite well to suppress it. When he sees someone in need, he will step in. If a criminal is causing trouble, he will aim to cease it. He does not get intimidated after what his brother has made him go through, and refuses straight up to talk about who he is, why he works as a battle instructor in town, and what his future plans are.
History: From his home region, his family and village was slaughtered when he was merely eight. His older brother and him, being the only survivors, moved on from the village, training with each other. Regrettably, they also sharpened their blades on other people, both humans and faunus. Many times they did not prove of a challenge - that was a right reserved for the Grimm - but it was so they could get supplies and survive, according to his brother. They were nicknamed "Death Angels" with their actions, and anytime the duo was seen, screams of panic were cried by villagers, while curses and threatening remarks by bandits and rogues were given.
This continued on until the age of 15, when Tsuteto knew he could not do this any more. The two argued about Tsuteto's desire to leave, and eventually grew into a fight, a fight that lasted for several hours, despite the bitter winter snow blowing about them. While bloody and beaten, Tsuteto finally gained an upper hand, delivering one final slash across his brother's abdomen, and left his body in the white powder, hopefully allowing the Grimm to finish the only family he had left - no, the ex-partner he mistrusted.
From there, he moved on and set up a new life. He caught news of Hunters and their noble actions (save for an occasional corrupt one, which would always be brought swiftly to justice). Though unable to do that, as he would surely be recognized in a school type establishment, despite having moved and the events of the past being years now, he aimed for the next best thing - training and honing people's fighting skills. He didn't have the capability of using dust in fluid like manners, but with his sword skill, and keen battle sense, he never had to rely on such "trickery," as he had deemed (though he does know the importance, and leaves that to the instructors).
Strength: Agility and combat adjustment. Given his swift actions he is hard to trace (sometimes achieving a triple image if pushing himself to the limit), and though he may not be able to lift hundreds of pounds, he is able to strike critical points of the body with acute accuracy. His stamina is also quite high to have such speeds, and to help prolong that, he hardly fights with even half of his battle capacity.
Weakness: Putting others safety above himself. It will usually lead to predicaments that, while leading to the victim into a safe zone, can cause him some major damage. If he has to fight at full capacity, he also cannot sustain for long, since he is putting most of his energy into light footwork and a high velocity. If they're also able to catch him moving quickly in a specific direction, and strike him, it can lead to more damage due to essentially "moving into the attack."
Misc: His aura is generally attributed to his speed, but also used for defensive measures. If anything, it's the only reason he wouldn't be killed instantly when struck during a quick movement. He doesn't generally control it to a specific degree, say, "I want to move this fast," type of deal. With that being said, his aura would be primarily reactionary, rather than focused.
When it comes to a breaking point, his rage is what is most known to be feared. It is unknown as to how long his rage can really prolong, though he knows this: without it, his brother would have killed him definitely. Few things incite it fully. Glimpses of his rage are to be noted when less than chivalrous acts are taking place in front of him, such as a gang beating on a child or helpless woman, a deranged individual aiming to cause mass destruction, etc.
WEAPONName: Draconic Silence
Primary Form: A simple solid katana, that he pulls out from the top of his back, over his shoulder (his tail will pull the scabbard down, allowing him to pull the weapon out fully).
Secondary Form/Function: A second katana from the bottom of the sheath, which can combine to the hilt of the other sword to form a dual bladed sword. The two will have a hollow cavity in which a dust crystal could be placed into to add an effect, but as he hardly desires to use dust, this function is rarely, if ever, used.
History: His brother gave him the weapon when he turned 12. The weapon was handed down in their family for quite some time, but until Tsuteto had learned a basic katana, his brother held onto it until that time. Tsuteto found this odd, as his older brother kept using what appeared to be a basic katana during their years already, and never showed a different weapon, even during their final battle.
