Appearance: Apollo as blonde hair down to his ears and yellow eyes. He is 6 ft. tall and muscular, weighing 180 lbs. He has a large scar that runs on the outside of his right leg from the middle of his calf to his ankle. He has a tattoo of his symbol on his left shoulder blade. When he is out in public or has to look formal, he will wear this minus the cape. When he has to be stealthy he will wear a black sweatshirt with black pants and shoes.  His casual wear is a simple white t-shirt with black pants and shoes.

History: Apollo was born to two rich bankers in a small town. Because of their job, they were gone often and had little time to spend with Apollo. He lived on a large estate out in the country, so he spent countless hours exploring the surrounding woods. One day when he was 8 years old he was attacked by a beowolf on one of his trips into the forest. It was able to land a hit on his right leg, breaking it and leaving a nasty gash running the length of his leg. Before the beowolf could finish the job, the family guard arrived, having heard the commotion, and killed it. Seeing the critical condition Apollo was left in, they carried him back to the mansion and the family doctor.
Apollo spent a lot of time in recovery, since his injury was so bad. He began to bond with the doctor, and took up an interest in the art of medicine. Throughout his lengthy recovery, Apollo was able to master medicine. Despite the best efforts of the doctor, Apollo was not able to make a full recovery, and he was left with a limp in his right leg and a scar that spanned the length of his leg.
After his near-death encounter, Apollo’s parents became very strict with him. They banned him from leaving the house, not wanting him to be put in danger again. Because of this, he was never able to make any proper friends.  He grew to hate this way of life, and by extension, the Grimm who caused him to be injured. He decided he wanted to grow up and be a hunter, so he could protect others from suffering his fate. After much convincing, his parents relented and hired him a personal tutor. Because of his injury, he focused on slow, calculated attacks instead of fast movements. He trained for many years this way instead of the normal method of going to a school like Signal. He eventually was given access to the family forge, where he crafted his own weapon. With this, his parents finally felt he was ready to go out into the world alone, and allowed him to go to a proper school.
As he had already surpassed the level of skill that would be taught at Signal, he was accepted to Beacon. But when he went there, it just wasn’t right for him. He stayed there for a month, but finally left. With nowhere else to go, he became a wanderer. For months he travelled from city to city, becoming a mercenary, helping out those in need. Eventually he found his way to Olympus Academy, and decided to go back to school and finish his training. There he met the other members of team GODS, Dionysus, Artemis, and Aphrodite. Despite having already graduated, they still work together as a team.

Personality: Apollo is friendly, but awkward. Because of his strict upbringing, he did not have any friends, and his only current friends are his teammates. Because of this, he puts his energy into keeping their friendship strong. He doesn’t like to fight, and will most always try and avoid one if he can. He is protective of his friends and will do anything for them, even putting himself in danger. He likes to help people but doesn’t like to harm others, only Grimm. He likes to stay good, and doesn’t want to do things he perceives as bad, unless he has a very good reason to.

Strength: Apollo is a master of medicine, able to heal almost any wound. He is strong, both physically and in regards to his aura.

Weakness: Because of his crippled leg, he is slow and walks with a limp. He does not have much experience with people, and is awkward in public.

Semblance: Healing Light: Apollo projects his aura outwards to affect those near him. When he does this Apollo starts to glow, and give off his own light; this light is his aura. It affects anyone within a 7 foot radius of him, including himself. His aura can heal others, or just give them a momentary strength boost that lasts for 2 minutes. It can heal injuries, but nothing more severe than a 2nd degree burn. If there is only one person, Apollo can concentrate his aura into that single person for amplified affects; he can mend broken bones or severe burns. This semblance takes 10 minutes to recharge before it can be used again.

WEAPON

Name: Komistís tou Íliou ( Bringer of the Sun in Greek)

Primary Form: A 2.5 ft. long golden crossbow. It has a rifle scope on it for increased accuracy. There is a mechanism on the underside of the stock that holds the bolts. When a bolt is fired, the device puts another one into place after the string is pulled back. The arrows have a slot for dust, so they can be infused with any dust that they need to. The crossbow string is enhanced with kinetic dust to allow it to be pulled back faster and shoot the bolts faster.

Secondary Form: A greatsword. The limbs of the crossbow sink into the barrel and the bow shrinks down to 2 ft. long. The bottom ½ foot turns into a sword handle, while the rest becomes the sword blade. The sword is infused with kinetic dust, allowing it to be swung faster.

Tertiary Form: A quiver. The weapon shrinks down to 1.5 ft. long and a strap comes out of it. It is worn across the back like a traditional quiver. It is used to carry the bolts and for easier transportation of the weapon.

History: The weapon was crafted in the Solis family forge when Apollo was ready to continue his studies beyond that of his personal tutor.
