The Hunters Dome! [Sign-ups] [Ongoing] [Canon]

At an undisclosed location in the southern ocean your airship finally touched down in the cold metal helipad. You step out and observe the huge oil rig like structure in front of you. With four long metal pillars stretching out of the water and connecting it to the main platform it seems as though it reaches to the bottom of the ocean. You look up from the blue ocean and forward towards the actual arena itself that sits on top of the huge platform. In front of you are three paths. They are labeled the Arena, the stands, and the Grimm holding area. Being the warrior that you are you adjust your weapon and head down the Arena path. After walking down a dimly lit corridor you arrive at a large pair of steel doors, on the other side you could the announcer’s voice booming around the stadium. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN! MAY WE PRESENT THE NEXT COMBATANT IN THE HUNTERS DOME ARENA!! TODAY THEY WILL BE FIGHTING.....THE DEADLY URSA MAJOR!" The doors open to reveal the two-hundred square-foot, bleak, grey enclosed arena with hundreds of observers watching from the stands. As you walk out onto the arena it begins to rumble underneath your feet and you step back, artificial grass rises slightly from the ground and metal trees start to expand upward. Aside from the four walls that remained the bleak grey color, the room now resembled the Forest of Forever Fall. On the other side of arena you could hear the screeching of rusty doors being opened and a loud roar piercing the stadium. Time to get to work.

Arena Info: "All right, it's straight up dog time! This arena takes place on a converted dust rig in the southern ocean in international waters, FOR MOTHERFRAGGIN LEGAL REASONS! Therefore we are not responsible for any injury, disabilities, or death that may occur. The dust rig itself is four-hundred feet but four-hundred feet while the arena is two-hundred by two-hundred. The fighting area is made with the technology provided by the Utranga corporation, which allows for the adaptable environment. We here at The Hunter Dome allow for 1-4 hunters/huntresses to be in battle at once. Depending on the Grimm and how many Hunters/Huntresses there are there can be from 1-10 Grimm at once or 2-10 Grimm in succession. Please note that we here rarely accept first or second year students unless they have shown exceptional abilities. You may be asking yourself, 'But Vulco, why not?' Well you see, I believe that children are this world's future, AND I LIKE MY FUTURE GOD DAMNIT! Lastly, as a reward for not dying we WERE going to offer you cold hard lien but then I was like **** THAT, THEY NEED SURPRISES! So instead of money you don't know WHAT you'll get, YOU'RE WELCOME!"

OOC info: Okay, so this is an "ongoing" plot. Meaning these sign ups never end. You may sign up as a combatant and list the character with which you wish to use or you may sign up a "puppeteer" meaning you sign up ONLY if you have made custom Grimm and you want them to be used in the Arena, you may also choose both options. If you choose to be a puppeteer then you can choose whether or not you wish to RP your Grimm when they are chosen. If you wish to pick both options and you get chosen to fight your own Grimm you must have someone else RP them for you. Once you sign up as a puppeteer you are available as one until you request to be taken off of the list. If you choose combatant you may only sign up for one character at a time. Once you have gone through the arena you may make a new post here signing up again with the same or a different character but you will be moved to the end of the list. If you decide to sign up with others they will all need to post confirming that they will be fighting with you. Team battles don't have to explicitly 'teams'. They can be be on a team, they can be four people that know each other, hell they could be four random people (Although that one would be harder since your character would have no idea how to work with a stranger.) Please note: Team battles will almost always be fights against Boss Grimm unless requested a fight against 10 stronger Grimm.
