Appearance: A grey-curving-long-hair girl with rather small but lightly muscular build, giving an impression of a delicated young lady with strong will and powerful in all aspect (she might be only taller than Ruby, but only abit). She has very sharp silver eyes with pearcing glances. Sylvain wears a set of battle dress (white/blue-ish theme) similar to Weiss but shorter and without sleeves, with a high amount of steel armor covering her chest, waist and forearms (down to the hands), along with a pair of steel boots with similar style (which makes her somewhat taller, in comparison with other characters). The armor parts contains somewhat of a mechanic that can store and release dust energy, in the form of various steel valves sticking out from the armor surface, supporting her combat style. The armor has many scratches and damages from countless of battles, especially the large crack on the left side of the chest, which might caused from a brutal direct strike of a sharp object.

History:

The last heiress of the Silverhorn's family, which has the famous bloodline of supreme aura combatants from Vacuo. But her father was the only successor at his generation, and died in a battle to protect Schnee Dust Company's dust train by the Faunus while protecting his family 13 years ago. That made her the only one who inherited the unique aura of the Silverhorn family in this generation, in which they don't really accept it due to her being female. So then she has been seeking for power, hoping that someday she can prove herself being worthed not just as a girl or a Huntress, but as one who can carry on the history of the Silverhorn family.

Trained years at many of Vacuo's academies, invincible among the young hunters/huntresses since. Then she met Ozpin at the Vytal Fest 2 years ago, decided to follow him to Vale because he said even when she's getting stronger, she is still lacking of something, something that could only be found in Beacon. She was chosen as a leader of a team, but they couldn't catch up with her strength at that time. And then she made a fatal mistake during a battle, which resulted in her teammates not being able to follow the warrior's path for the rest of their lives. Now Sylvian's all alone, seeking for someone who truely regconized her...

Personality: Usually very cold and serious. Some people say she's just being ignorant and prideful. Everytimes she open her mouth, it's mostly criticizing. When comes down to criticism, she might be the harshest one around. But she does show her deep caring for her friends or those who has accepted her, even risking her life to protect them without a moment of hesitation. Straight-forward when comes down to troubles. Believing that winning battles is the only things that matters, she extremely hates weaklings, as she simply hates losers, or just the word "losing" itself. Hate racism or alike to a certain degree due to her past experience. Like to do things alone, and enjoy sweet tea (alone).

Strength: Immensed strength, both physically and mentally (maybe due to her semblace and bloodline). Very talented tactician (but on her own only). The other aspects are all above average, if not saying they're all at high stage. Unbelievably strong at hand-to-hand combats, or large-scaled battles.

Weakness: Poor teamwork is her greatest weak point, as she mostly do things on her own, leaving her team behind and/or in danger situation (which cause her to change team often). Also, she always believes in her own judgements, no matter it's right or wrong, so although she rarely makes mistakes, but when she does, it's usually critical. Weak against enemies that have higher speed / mobility than herself, and she gets exhausted pretty fast due to her reckless and dynamic style, so she is not fit for long fights.

Semblance: (unnamed) Sylvian can use her aura to boost / weaken any effective physical force connected to her body at will (does not changing it's direction or the basic effect of that force). This semblance drains a ridiculous amount of aura and stamina to maintain, however this weakness is partly covered by the dust-reinforced system attached to her armor). This causes her to freely control her strength / speed / velocity to fully utilize her battle style, moving around with destructive dashes, along with protect herself from most frontal physical attacks' impact during battles.

WEAPON

Name: Impala Gracia - Multi-purpose Combat Gear

Primary Form: The gear pack she always carries can be seperated and unfolded into the shape of two big shields with a blade comes out from its tip (resembles of a pair of horns attached to both arms). Sylvian uses this form to engage and fight close-range combats.

Secondary Form: Sylvian can combine her shields into a large boomerang and use it to attack enemies from a short-to-mid distance and retrieve it with ease. Less destructive than the 1st form since the boomerang cannot directly receive the effect of her semblance.

Armor: Steel light-armor with many dust-exhauster valves sticking out to release dust's power. Sylvian uses various type of dust, but mainly the black and white ones to enhance her force-manipulating semblance.

History: Sylvian's armor is a remake from her deceased father's armor, but her weapon is crafted and updated by her own since she was very young. Thus, it fits her straight-forward fighting style and well-demonstrates her desire for strength and power (or the desire to protect others).

I would like more of a combat related weakness. Inability to defend against long range or something. Everything else sounds fine, though.

This seems okay. The only thing I don't like however is the dust on her armor that enhances her semblance and one that basically rests her. While we don't know much of dust works at this moment these both seem outside the realm of what is possible for dust. Additionally that makes her extremely broken and OP.

Also no affecting gravity, that force is not okay to manipulate.

Fixing in the main topic is fine.

Fixed her semblance from affecting all forces into affecting impacts only. Also fixed her weapons into something more versatile and less OP.
