Appearance: Eris is a 5,5 and close to 135 pounds.
Minus the nails. I added those prior to deciding on her weapon. :

Personality: The former performer's personality is akin to a demonic clown's in some ways. When fighting, her mouth cannot stay shut. Taunts are always being spewed and, when she's not in pain, they're usually said with a smile. She is ruthless towards her enemies on the battlefield and impatient with her classmates. When she's not fighting, Eris is sarcastic but kind to anyone who needs it. She hates seeing sadness and will do anything in her power to stop it.

History:Eris Kazan has known the spotlight since she was born. The youngest daughter of Argos Kazan, the ringmaster of Vale’s most popular travelling circus, performing was her life from the very beginning. Even as an infant, Eris found some way to make her presence known. She wasn’t too strong and balance had kept her grounded, but she made up for that in charisma and gace. If she fell off of a pedestal, she’d make a jump back up with a smile. Until preteenagehood, Eris loved her life.

A single tomato changed that.

Eris was waiting in the wings when she heard the a loud thud, silence, and then screaming. She looked out from her hiding place and a horrid mass of bone, muscle, and blood in the middle of the ring. Her sister was supposed to be on the tightrope at the time, but she wasn’t. Her sister was supposed to be alive, but she wasn’t. After further investigation and the turning in of a scraggly young man with a slingshot, it was determined that a tomato had been flung at the older girl’s head, knocking her off balance.

Her father didn’t argue when his only daughter left begged to leave the business and learn how to fight. Deimos, her younger brother, could carry on the family legacy while she turned to fighting as a way to become her own form of powerful.

Strength:Eris has an exceptional talent for improvisation. Her speed on flat and even rocky ground is above average.

Weakness:Eris has an almost debilitating fear of heights. She also has a bad habit of running into battle without thinking first.

WEAPON

Name:Stunned Silence

Primary Form:Stunned Silence’s primary form is a blade in the shape of an almost perfect ring with a dull inside and razor sharp outside. It’s about 1.5 meters in diameter, which makes up for its lack of adornments. In close combat, Eris maneuvers the blade like a hula hoop, twirling it around various limbs and her torso. With concentration, she can also flick the ring in such a fashion that it flies away from her and comes back.

Secondary Form/Function:When Stunned Silence isn't in its primary form, Eris carries Stunned Silence on her belt in the form of a rifle that, instead of bullets, shoots a sharp spike attached to a heavy duty cable. This spike can be used as an escape method or a way to bring Eris into the fray.

History: Eris created her weapon at Signal like most students. The ring symbolizes her family’s famous three ring circus and the cord that shoots out of Stunned Silence is meant to represent her sister, Hebe’s, death.

It's a good profile, but could you describe your weapon a bit more? The current description is a bit convolved and I'm having difficulty figuring out what it is and does.

I edited both primary and secondary forms for clarity. The secondary form is basically a hookshot in disguised as a gun.
