Wears: Chelsea wears a long black corset with a grey trim, Combat boots, fishnets, and two simple stud earings

History: She was born into a xenophobic family of hunters and huntresses on a continent outside of Vale that favored stealth over style, when she was seven the city that she lived in was destroyed by a large influx of grimm, along with the only school that trained hunters and huntresses, her family feeling the continent they lived in was mo longer a good place for people of there skill decided to move to Vale, after beginning her first year of Signal at age twelve she immediately gravitated towards poison and speed styles of fighting, after a few years she graduated to Beacon where she continues her studies.

Personality: She is serious when she needs to be and silly when she needs to be, she is loyal and will do whatever it takes to get things done to the point of not being afraid to let her friends die to complete the mission (Though she will feel guilty afterwards), she can be deceiving to get her own way

Strength:  Stealthy, fast, accurate, intelligent, and can manipulate like no other

Weakness: Weaker then others around her (but in comparison to a non-hunter quite strong), she also isn't the best at tanking damage, and due to being more focused on espionage she isn't great at working with others either

Semblance: She has a black aura with a semblance that allows her to absorb nutrients from plantlife around her and turn it into raw energy for healing herself or dealing bigger blows

WEAPON

Name: Shy Wilt

Primary Form: A dart gun filled with poison that is shaped to look like a parasol

Secondary Form: Turns into a hyper sharp fencing foil (Still looks similar to an umbrella though)  

Third Form: A sun umbrella

History: It was a originally a Parasol she had been given when she was twelve years old, but after arriving at Signal she realized how good a concealed weapon it could be, so she turned the Parasol into Shy Wilt

I feel like this character needs more detail in lots of places.  History, Strengths, and Weaknesses are a bit short, for one.  The same goes for the Weapon History.  The semblance is somewhat vague as well, specifically where you say that it can cause harm.  How exactly would that happen?  Add these things, and it might be approve-able.
