Elizabeth “Liz” Gorgon

Name: Elizabeth “Liz” Gorgon

Appearance: Liz has waist length blonde hair with a clip with her symbol on it on each side of her head. Liz wears a white t-shirt with a red and white jacket and skirt. She has piercing ruby red eyes. She is 5'8'' and 127lbs, with a very light build. She has a long, forked tongue, small fangs, and a pair of pit organs just under and to the sides of her nose (look like two black spots).

History: Elizabeth Gorgon is the only child of the Gorgon family, head of one of the largest non-dust mining companies their is, Gorgon Minerals, and also one of the wealthiest Faunus family. Many people claim that the primary reason for the companies success is illegal activities such as bribery and attacking other companies. This is not completely untrue, as Gorgon Minerals is a major contributor to the White Fang, and though they do not specifically request them to attack rivals, the White Fang tends to take a vested interest in their continued success and has been known to make shipments from rival companies “disappear”. Gorgon Minerals has also started expanding into the Dust market, but this has been met with little success recently.

Elizabeth herself has been trained and groomed to be an excellent business woman and strong warrior. Since birth, Liz has been taught and trained by some of the best money can buy, and at the age of ten she was sent to a small, prestigious academy for Huntsmen and Huntresses, were she honed her combat and teamwork abilities. Because of her isolation from a young age and her poor attitude she has few people she can consider true friends. After training for seven years with eleven other pupils at the academy, Elizabeth was enrolled into Beacon.

Personality: Because of the importance she puts on status and the small amount of interaction she has had with people other then her parents and instructors, Elizabeth tends to rub people the wrong way. Liz puts a lot of stock in position, and tends to only pay attention to people below her status, who she considers “simple”, only if she thinks they could be of use. Liz despises those who think they are powerful because they are strong or skilled, and outright hates those that believe they are better then her because of it or the fact she is a Faunus. She believes true power comes from connections and influence, and that anyone who disagrees is a fool. Liz considers the actions of the White Fang to be barbaric and insulting to her kind. For the most part, it takes a combination of intelligence, skill, and a sort of “class” to earn Liz's respect, but once earned, she will do anything in her power to provide assistance if ever needed. The only thing that Liz fears is having her influence and connection, what she considers power, taken away from her. When curious, Liz tends to quickly stick out her tongue.

Strength: Liz is very agile, flexible, and quick, able to dance and manoeuvre around most enemies with ease. Liz is also very intelligent and tactically minded, able to use her lessons to decide who would be most useful going were and doing what. She is also very adaptable, able to change her tactics and combat style to take better advantage of the enemy. Their is little Liz fears, and because of this her judgement during combat does not get clouded by it and is normally based of calm rationality. Because of her pit organs, Liz is also able to sense infrared thermal radiation, allowing her to “see” nearby living beings from their body heat.

Weakness: Liz is not able to take much of a hit, and when not using her shield she has to rely on her speed to keep her safe. on Due to Liz's attitude, most people who don't know her well are not willing to listen to her during combat, leading to her skill normally only being useful when she is partnered with friends and subordinates. Liz can also tend to become extremely focused when in combat with someone she considers foolish, and though this could be considered a strength, she tends to loose all awareness of things not occurring between her and her opponent, leading to the possibility of her getting easily taken unaware. The only way for her to start noticing events that is happening around her again is she wins, someone snaps her out of it, or something big happens.

Semblance: Elizabeth's Semblance is called Stone Cold. When she activates it, her eyes become yellow and look like snake eyes. Once two to three seconds have passed after her eye change, anyone in Liz's line of sight is slowed down for a few seconds and anyone looking at her eyes is stunned. Liz normally needs to wait about ten seconds before she can do it again, and can normally only do it five or six times before needing a brake, though she can do it one or two more time while suffering headaches and fatigue.

WEAPON

Name: Nāga

Primary Form: A long, double-edged blade and a round, yellow, metal shield. The shield has Elizabeth's symbol on it.

Secondary Form: The shield collapses and becomes a mid to long-range, single-fire rifle able to fire armour piercing rounds. The rifle is able to sheath the sword in this form.

Tertiary Form: A yellow parasol with the top made of metal. The top has Elizabeth's symbol on it.

History: Liz's first day at the academy started badly when one of her fellow pupils accidentally destroyed her weapon. As an apology, the pupil worked with Liz to come up with a design for her new weapon. When he finished with Nāga, Liz thought it was better then any weapon she used before, which she admitted. Since then, Liz has treasured Nāga.

Everything looks good here, save for a few things. Your semblance has to be dodgeable or avoidable in some way, since you can't force another character to do something, it can be hard to dodge or counter, but not impossible.

Second, I have no idea how the transformation from form one to two on your weapon works at all. Explain that because it's not making sense.
