Name: Elizabeth 'Slasher' Slayne

Appearance: Tall and lean, very thin and springy. Vibrant green hair pulled back in a tight knot. Pale face, smooth and beautiful.

Personality: Reckless, and never thinks ahead. Always enjoys a good laugh, and often has some fun with enemies before finishing them off. All about illusions, smoke-and-mirrors type of gal.

History: Born and raised in the city, she had few friends when growing up. Elizabeth started hanging out with the wrong crowds, and after a botched Dust Bank raid, she found herself in prison, with her best and only friend, Jimmy Russel. Pretty soon after that, they fell out and Jimmy had started beating Elizabeth because he blamed her for the bank raid failure. She learned to defend herself, from Jimmy and the other inmates. Six months later, she escaped, leaving a perfectly circular hole in the wall, a smashed watermelon in the corner, and, under the bed, a bucket containing Jimmy's hand covered in Custard. They never found the rest of him, and to this day, only she knows exactly what happened in the cell that night. She made her way to the neighboring city, making a living off the donations of generous strangers and the expensive items of unwilling ones. Soon, she had a small home in an abandoned office building, andhad turned her life around, deciding to be a good guy for once. She forged some Beacon application documents, then, she was on her way.

Strength: Can outwit most enemies, or confuse them at least. Aura can create illusions and hologram-type images, as well as fake projectiles or small back orbs around enemy's eyes to create a blinding effect, but can only produce said illusions for thirty seconds at a time, and can only have one humanoid illusion or three blinding illusions at once, however can have up to 5 fake projectiles while    projecting a humanoid figure, but up to 20 if no other illusion is in play.

Weakness: Vanity can get the best of her, and she is easily distracted. Overconfidence is very apparent, and she can be distressed, even pushed to the brink of a mental breakdown, if someone outwits her or disrupts her plan, which is rare. She thinks she has a solution for everything, so when she comes to a standstill, her confidence is drained.

WEAPONS

Name: Slammer Hammers

Primary Forms: Two over-sized hammers, with a small jet on one side of each hammer-head to give it an extra boost, but they're big enough to give Elizabeth slightly prolonged air time.

Secondary Form: Hammer-heads open up and clamp round feet, so they become a pair of rocket-jump boots. Hammer handles detach and slot together to form a staff.

Tertiary Form: Hammer combine at the handles to form a double-headed extra-long hammer.

History: Made in prison, Slammer Hammers were upgraded over the months, until they were prime fighting machines.

I see nothing wrong here, with one exception. Flight is typically not allowed because its potentially very overpowered. So your weapon cannot allow you to fly, but can work as jump jets or allow you to be in the air for longer than normal. Sustained flight isn't allowed though.
