Beacon Forge

Lucina walks into the forge to see a large area filled with tables having students that have not made weapons yet. A giant mechanical mess lies in the center of the room. Lucina takes a seat by the middle of the room and pulls out a book titled weapon systems for dummies and gets to work on making a new weapon." This place is way more exquisite than the workshop" She said admiring the room and its architecture

After a few hours of work Lucina walks out of the forge with her new weapon! Its a boomerang looking thing but with 3 parts sticking out or better know as a wingstick. http://rage.wikia.com/wiki/Wingstick

To make sure all components are working she transforms the wingstick into a shining katana. It gleams in the light of the room. She tries out the dust infuser she salvaged from her old weapon and finds out the new weapon is compatable with her purple, red, green, black and white dust crystals.

Alton had been disappointed with his performance during initiation.

Not that he'd performed badly, per say. He'd been doing perfectly fine, up until the whistle blew in the middle of a melee. The problem had been that he hadn't been able to make full use of his position - high up in a tree, good sight lines, and for what? Lobbing flares and smoke grenades to entice the enemy to move into close combat. With just his pistols and his array of tow-line gadgets, he was unequipped for any combat beyond 100 meters.

Alton sat down and got to work on... he wasn't quite sure yet, actually. Hopefully some bits of scrap would inspire him.

Inigo is busy stapling advertisement posters to the cork board in the room.

Mao wandered into the forge. He didn't really have anything to do so he came here. Maybe I can work on my rather plain dagger, he thought.

He looked around and saw a person waving around a katana and, surprisingly, saw someone he knew. Or at least someone that looked familiar. Maybe he was just going crazy. He shook his head to get rid of the thought. He sat down at a bench and removed his dagger from the inside of his jacket. Well, I probably won't use this at all, but it would be best if I at least did something with it. He thought up some ideas and ultimately settled on just getting the blade to be sheathed in the hilt. If I can do that, it won't have to carry something unnecessarily long since I'm not going to use it , anyway. It would also be easier to hide.

Mao continued to tinker with his dagger.

Jet walked into the forge with purpose, going straight for the smelter. He started melting some iron and titanium together with some aluminum.

Jet gently pours the molten metal into some very small molds, hands steady as a rock. After the metal had cooled, he pulled them out and closely. He smiles and immediately headed for the workshop.

Mao finished tinkering with the dagger. He flipped a small switch on the side of the hilt and the dagger flew out. When switched back, the blade retreated into the hilt. Well, it's better than nothing. He glanced around the room, pausing on Alton for a split second, and left the forge.
