Personality:
Very calculating. Usually is not the one to engage in conversation, but is also not socially introverted either. The type of person who considers all possible actions before taking one. Will usually consult a friend or acquaintance to help with a tough decision if one is available to consult with, but also has a strong trust of his own instincts. One to understate the good parts of a situation, and maybe over-estimate the bad, though he does not consider this to be a particularly bad character fault. Cold, but respectful, to his enemies, and fiercely loyal to his friends, while giving strangers the benefit of the doubt. To those who would commit acts such as the murder of children, however, he holds no respect for. And he holds even less for people who would stab him in the back.
In most situations, however, Alexander tends to solve problems with debate and reason. For example, if he sees someone bullying another person, Alexander is the person who would try to talk down the bully, first by using reason, then by mentioning how bad it would be for the bully's kneecaps if he continued to bully people. With strangers or people he respects, however, Alexander always is open to a friendly debate, and will not hold a grudge if a point he feels strongly about is challenged, or if he looses said debate.
History:
The beginning of Alexander's life is a time known to no-one but Alexander. This is being included for the sake of being complete. Alexander was born 17 years ago, November 25th, as Zachary P. Smith. He had known of the Hunters from an early age, as his parents talked about them quite a bit. He had always dreamed of becoming a Hunter himself. His parents would have none of it. Thinking it a phase, his parents bought him a toy sword when he was 7. It was this, that caused Zachary to die, and Alexander to be born. On a lazy Sunday afternoon, Alexander's father had asked him to go out into their small village, outside the walls of the City of Vale, but still well within the kingdom. Alexander was tasked that day with going to the house of a neighbor, also the village general store, to pick up supplies for the week. The cause of the fire was never known, and Alexander has yet to find out. All he remembers of the fire itself was a shadowy figure entering the store and drawing out some sort of vial, and shouting angrily. Naive child he was, Alexander drew his toy sword to intimidate the figure. It snapped the sword with little effort, laughed, and flung Alexander out a window, his consciousness fading as his head collided with a nearby tree. When he came to, he found the store completely burned out. No-one had happened upon the scene yet. He entered, and observed, and took stock. He could be the miracle child who survived the attack. Stay with his family. Alleviate their fears of his death. But then he considered the rest of his life. His very being desired the title and responsibility of Hunter. He wanted that mantle not for glory, but so that he could help people in a genuine way, that would make a real impact. If he stayed with his biological parents, that would be the one thing he could never receive. He placed the broken fragments of his sword by a skeleton about his own size, and Zachary P. Smith died in a fire. A month later, Alexander would be taken in by a middle-class family of the City of Vale, the Mafi family, whose name he took as his own.
Alexander Mafi was much more of a success than Zachary P. Smith ever was. Alexander excelled in his studies, and in his spare time, studied combat techniques and weapon engineering. In combat school, he trained his marksmanship and swordfighting abilities, but put his main focus on combat engineering. That being said, his marksmanship skills were not to be laughed at either. His combat engineering skills now safely in place, Alexander has applied to Beacon to hone his combat skills, to take his abilities to their absolute pinnacle.
Strength:
As a Combat Engineer and a marksman, Alexander is somewhat versatile. His main weapon is made to compliment his already significant marksmanship skills, and his main support tool is a "jump pack" that he created. It carries very little fuel, as too much would increase the weight and risk of exploding when shot, but it's jets are able to put out enough force to propel Alexander about 15 meters upward with a one-second burst of fuel. One fuel cell contains enough fuel for 10 bursts. Alexander is also very perceptive, and can use his rifle's scope to identify targets at extreme ranges. In terms of his marksmanship, Alexander has good control of his rifle, able to accurately hit targets at short, medium, and long ranges.
Weakness:
Everyone has an Achilles heel. Alexander's is the fact that while he put quite a bit of time into his marksmanship and combat engineering, he put much less time into his swordfighting ability. In addition to being a little squishy, forgoing armor for mobility, Alexander has only mastered basic and advanced combat techniques with his katana. He knows none of the masterwork techniques that other katana users already know. As a result, Alexander tends to avoid melee combat where possible, though is not afraid to engage in it when necessary. As he gains more experience, though, this may change. Alexander also tends to put a lot of trust into people he considers friends, meaning that if someone with ill intent by chance makes it into his circle, Alexander may never see the betrayal coming until the last minute, though he might be able to figure it out if others help him. Alexander's ability to focus on one thing and do it could also be considered a weakness, as he tends to loose focus on other things. Although not socially reclusive, Alexander is probably still a bit more socially quiet than he should be, though this is less pronounced with his friends. It would still be considered beneficial however if he were to open up a bit more than he does.

The End was named by Alexander after a legendary sniper he learned of in marksmanship classes. The weapon itself is impressive, as it is a high-caliber sniper rifle, with ergonomic design (Think along the lines of Counter-Strike's AWP), foregrip, bayonet, muzzle break, and 5-round magazine. The rifle is an impressive piece of machinery, a marksmanship project taken too far. The project was for students to learn about controlling recoil by designing a system to alleviate it most effectively. Alexander later built his system into The End - a two-part recoil control system that allows the barrel to recoil into the rifle body, and the rifle body to recoil into the stock, all using heavy springs, to reduce kick of the weapon, as well as drastically reduce vertical recoil. The foregrip helps to alleviate this even more. The rifle's scope is a variable zoom system, able to magnify up to 24x magnification. The high-caliber rounds fired by the weapon are also of an interesting design - the rounds are known in the marksmanship trade as HEFI-SAPI rounds, or High Eplosive Fragmentation Incendiary - Semi Armor Piercing Incendiary rounds. The rounds do their best to penetrate flesh and armor, then fragment and explode inside the target for maximum effect. Very effective against soft targets, but armored targets like Death Stalkers. For hard targets, Alexander also has general Armor-Piercing Incendiary rounds, though he carries this in less supply, carrying only 15 with him on a given mission, unless intelligence recommends more.
The weapon also has a large bayonet mounted under the barrel, to be used in case of surprise melee oh shit run.

History:
The End is still a relatively new weapon, and while it has been battle tested in Combat School, it does not have much of a history that is significant to Alexander.

Primary Form:
Advent is a katana, plain and simple. Originally given to him as a tool by his adoptive family before he went to Combat School, Alexander has made few changes to the weapon since he first received it. About the only change he ever made was the addition of a system which allowed the weapon's cutting edge to vibrate at high frequencies, using molecular behavior to it's advantage in order to improve it's cutting ability.
History:
Advent is called such, as it was Alexander's first weapon as Alexander. He considers it to be the beginning of his new life, a symbol that he was finally free to begin again. The weapon has served Alexander well, though he regrets not training with it more often
