Grudge Match [CLOSED; SDJL]

It was a particularly stale day for Inigo, so far. Morning classes, lunch, and light exercise. He figured he'd go back to his room to get some things.

'Maybe Steinmetz has something going on today...'

As he approached his dorm room he felt a heavy air, right as he was reaching for the doorknob.

'It's probably nothing...'

Inigo turned the knob and entered the room to see Shard sitting on his bed in a very Conan-esque pose.

"Hey there, Conan! How's the barbarian life treating 'ya?" he said with a chuckle.

Not waiting for a response, he began to start packing a day bag.

Inigo finished packing his bag and turned to get up.

As he begins walking to the door.

"Hey Conan, got anything going on today?"

Inigo reaches into his bag.

And takes out a small stress ball.

"Here, maybe this will cheer you up"

He throws the stress ball at Shard's head.

"Oh yeah!"

Inigo had almost completely forgotten about their fight during the initiation.

"You know, that sounds a lot more fun than a trip to town!"

"How about we take this outside?"

Inigo smiled, shut the door, and dropped his bag.

He then bounded towards the open window and jumped out of it.

Landing in his signature pose, he took off his jacket and kicked off his boots and threw them to the side.

"Ready when you are"

He began moving in a ginga sequence.

"If you insist!"

Inigo activated his Push Fists and Heavy Heels. He turned sideways and began an au (cartwheel), he activated his armaments giving off a deep blue hue and causing him to become a rapidly-spinning human wheel rushing towards Shard.

Because Inigo was spinning at such a fast speed, the flash-bang effect of the Silencer bolt was neutralized. The Grav-bolt, however, did have an effect and he was drawn towards it.

As he approached the site of the Grav-bolt, he reoriented his body and activated a refined dust blast from his Heavy Heels to escape the orbit, launching him towards Shard.

Inigo put his arms out in front of him to catch the blade. Upon collision he used the incoming force from Shrapnel to launch himself in the air again. Not high, only a few feet, before coming down at Shard again with a dust-boosted drop-heel kick. Dark blue flames burst out in a trail behind is strike as it came down towards Shard.

Shard lifer Shrapnel again, holding it above himself to shield from the kick. If it worked, he would proceed to use the momentum of the kick to fling backwards, bring himself up and kick Inigo over the blade.

((So the kick connects, and the momentum pushes them back, Shard jumps backwards with the momentum, and flips his body the sword as they fall, and jump back to his feet when they hit the ground))

His Heavy Heel impacts Shrapnel and Shard is pushed backwards. As Shard lands himself, Inigo activates his refined dust blast, launching him towards Shard again.

'You can't run forever!'

Inigo does what he can to block the bolt with his armaments, but the a piece of the tip breaks off and hits him in the right arm above the elbow.

The forward momentum continues and he tumbles to his feet facing Shard.

He uses his head to motion to his right arm.

"Haha! Needed a handicap, huh?" he smiles and takes his Grevista fighting stance.

A member of the Beacon Guard walks around the corner of a building, hearing some loud noises. Apparently, two people started fighting in the middle of the school area! "Hey! You two, stop!" She begins running towards them, Sanctioned Force in hand, yelling for them to stop. Approaching the two, she slows down, not wanting to get directly caught within the two of them. Hopefully, they stop fighting without having to be handled by force.
