Sting vs sling [closed]

Moseph looked at the four training dummies in front of him. He crossed his arms, drawing both Pnepties and instantly hitting two of the dummies with force from the generators mid-draw, causing both to sway. Reloading and sliding two shells into the shotguns, he switched modes and fired at the other two dummies with the shells, both detonating as they hit their marks and hitting the other pair with the leftover force.

This is easy. Why can't I try against something that fights back. Moseph thought to himself as he checked the status of the generators and spun both shotguns, putting them back in the holsters. Perhaps it's time for more Parasite training...

Malina sat on one of the several benches located around the academy's training area, running the tip of Manticore along a grindstone located next to the bench. She didn't come here expecting a quiet or peaceful sharpening session, however, she hoped for something somewhat quieter than two shotguns firing off repeatedly. She wasn't there to fight though just to sharpen Manticore. 'Just a little more and we can leave...' She thought as she switched to one of the blades extruding from the spine of Manticore

Moseph took out his shotguns once again and moved away from the dummies. Letting the substance leak from his fingers, it took hold of the shotgun handles and trigger. Quickly pushing one of the arms forward, he let go of the shotgun, watching it fly at the dummy before pulling back the trigger finger, the gun firing, though slightly off-target. The recoil sent the gun into a spin back but Moseph caught it and retreated the substance back into his body. Perhaps I should leave today at propulsion training.

Malina continued to sharpen the blades on Manticore as she listened to the, now quieter, area. 'Tomorrow I guess I could go to the board and check for more jobs...won't bee too bad without....won't be too bad.'

Moseph flicked his thumb, switching to the largest power setting. Looking at the farther-off Dummy, he tucked his shotguns beneath his armpits and fired backwards, a loud bang sending him dashing forwards as he reloaded and fired again, mere metres from Malina to propel himself even further.

Malina stood up, finally done sharpening Manticore, now all she needed to do was find Muzen and head to the-a loud *BANG* suddenly caused her to lose her hearing for a moment. "What the hell!?" She yelled as she covered her ears. After a moment her hearing came back to her and she quickly spun her body to Moseph and looked him dead in the eyes with Manticore flicking behind her. "What the HELL is wrong with you!?" She yelled at the boy who was now further away from her.

"Huh." Moseph waited until he was slow enough to turn before propelling himself back, switching modes right after and coming back to a halt in front of Malina, "What does it look like, dumbshit, I'm training. Is it so odd to see someone do some work in this school?" he asked, his voice as sarcastic as ever. A part of him wanted to just ignore her but maybe she could provide entertainment, or more precisely, a proper target.

"D-DUMBSHIT!?" Malina retorted with anger in her voice. "How dare-you don't even know who I am!" Malina yelled at the man standing mere feet from her. She took a deep breath before continuing. "You shouldn't insult someone if you don't know whether or not they can kill you, you know." She placed heer hand on Summer's Blaze. "That being said, I suggest you leave it at that unless you'd rather be in a wheelchair." She Said looking up at him directly in the eyes.

"You're shouting at me for combat training in a combat training facility of a combat training school. Enough of a reason to call you a dumbshit for me." Moseph retorted, fixing his glasses before looking at her hand, "And you're threatening me. Obviously the one who doesn't know who can kill who is you, scorpion bitch."

"I was yelling because you fired off a shotgun next to my EAR!" Malina said through clenched teeth. This man obviously wasn't one of the new students but that didn't mean he could talk down to her like some child. "You really should learn to hold your tongue. Words like that could really hurt someone..." The poison chamber on Manticore cycles through until it lands on it's paralysis poison with an audible *click* and then pulled out her right weapon and quickly pointed it at the man's kneecap.

"Only weak shits who can't handle the truth." Moseph sidestepped as she drew her weapon and pointed his own weapons, one at the head and the other at her stomach, "Might even let you walk away now if I'm feeling nice."

Malina's mouth curled into a slight smile. "Can't accept the truth huh? Seems a bit hypocritical coming from the man who can't seem to accept his own mistake." Malina looked around the area around them. It was still early in the day so more students were still coming and going. 'Can't kill here. He can't either.' Manticore shoots out around from behind Malina's back toward Moseph's gut howeer stopping mere inches from his skin. "I don't have the time to deal with another strike...You really are lucky there are others in here." She says as Manticore retracts back behind her back as she turns to leave.

Moseph glanced around him at the other students. He holstered both shotguns, reached into his pockets and pulled out his earphones, pulling them up as his horse ears unfolded, slotting them in, "I see... I guess public humiliation is too much to bear alongside losing, but..." he drew both shotguns and aimed them at Malina, flipping to medium setting, "You swung first." he fired both simultaneously and jumped back to lower the recoil effect, already reloading. I guess moving target is enough...

Malina felt a strong pushing blast on her back that caused her to almost fall to her feet. "Really!? You really wanna die you-" She noticed the horse ears sticking out of the boys head. "Son of of a bitch!" She yelled as she raised her weapon and fired three shots, a repulsion round, a flame round, and an electricity round, toward Moseph's chest.

Moseph looked at her raise her weapon and even before the trigger finger moved he already turned to dodge the three shots and simultaneously fire two more mid-spin, music beginning to get him into fighting rhythm as the shotguns reloading, the man already put an impact-explosive shell into each barrel and dropped down another mode. This might be less boring than I expected...

Malina cartwheeled out of the way of the shoots then shot forward toward the man. As she neared the man she began to run in circles around him, taunting him. "You still wanna do this, horse boy!?" She yelled as she circled him with her guns pointed towards his feet.

Not listening to her as he was more into his music, Moseph spun to follow her, focusing on her to not get dizzy, both shotguns angled as he watched which way she ran and fired both once more, one at where she was gonna step first and the other at where she'd jump back to, both shells exploding on impact, whether it would be the ground or the girl.

Malina saw Moseph raise his guns up toward her and suddenly turned inward and slid on her back toward the man. As she approached him she extended one arm out to hit his kneecap and another to hit his...more important parts.

Having to act quickly at the surprise attack, with the music still blazing in his ears, Moseph moved one shotgun down while it reloaded, planting it on the ground and flipping back to medium mode as he titled it slightly and fired in hopes to slow down Malina's advance. Simultaneously, the other shotgun switched to blade mode as Moseph heaved himself over the one planted on the ground and slashed at her extended hand, Parasite beginning to excrete around his arms.

Malina twisted her arm and blocked the blade with the side of her weapon before she kept sliding past. She then heaved herself up off of the ground and spun to face Moseph. She lifted her left weapon up to his feet and her right to his chest to begin firing rounds toward him. Bursts of fire ice and electricity rang out of her weapon until she had to reload.

After his blade was blocked, Moseph immediately switched it back to the shotgun mode. As the first one reloaded he saw the woman slide past him and get back, and used his position to switch both shotguns to highest setting, tumbling sidewards to dodge the first shots and, leaving the tumble, immediately propelling himself at her, the Parasite now visible on his hands as he moved both shotguns forward to shoot at her while also moving his hands to let the black mass attach to her clothes.

Malina swung her right weapon towards what ever the hell was coming out of the man's hand only to find it stuck inside some black slime. "What the hell!?" She said before swinging her left weapon horizontally toward the oncoming boy's gut.

Ah, bitch. The weapon hit Moseph on the side as he clenched his teeth from pain. His eye twitched slightly as he twisted his right arm to encompass hers and shamelessly stuck the barrel of his right shotgun into her mouth, finger resting on the trigger idly as he used his aura to keep the Parasite close to his hand, not letting her free the weapon. He split his attention between the woman's face and her tail, "Drop your weapons... or I'm pulling the trigger."

Malina clenched her teeth around the barrel of the gun and looked up at the man. 'Great...' She reluctantly let go of both if her weapons as Manticore stabbed itself into the ground. "If fuffun fuffen ffeef ffu." SHe says through the barrel of the gun.

Content with her reaction, Moseph kept one of her weapons stuck to the Parasite as he jumped back, withdrawing everything, including his shotgun from her mouth. He flipped both shotguns back to medium mode and looked at the weapon stuck inside his slime, withdrawing all of it but a small speck hidden in the weapon's cracks before throwing it back to her, "You were rather boring." he began to walk away, spinning both shotguns around lazily but letting the Parasite flow around his back and beneath his hair, as if expecting to be attacked once more.
