Steel Wool (closed)

Ashe watched curiously as the robot stood up, not taking her hand. At the command to follow, she walks behind him before she hatches an idea. Quickening her pace to get a foot behind him, Ashe hops up and puts her legs on either side of Tim, her arms going around his shoulders as one went in the air and pointing though her face still stayed mostly peaceful and unemotional, only the slightest hint of a smile as she pressed her cheek to Tim's shoulder. "Roll out~"

Tim's eyes suddenly turned bright red. He spun around and sent a punch flying into a Ursa that had been following them for awhile now. "Combat mode activated! Enemies detected!" He said as he got into a position to defend Ashe.

Ashe flinches as she's suddenly spun around, holding on for dear life with her head pressed to the crook of Tim's neck, her legs flying upwards with the force of the spin. As he stopped, Ashe's body falls and smack's against Tim's. Letting go, she stands on wobbly legs as her eyes spin in her head before she sees straight once more. Seeing the Ursa, she immediately draws her tonfa, putting her back to Tim's as she held her weapon high.

Tim's fingers made a loading sound as the tips of them opened up. "DOWN! NOW!" He said as he began to spin around with his hands in the air. He then began to open fire on all the Ursa's around him. He soon stooped as all but one remained. It looked to be a infant Ursa. Tim approached it, before grasping its neck. With a crunch noise he broke the small grimms neck and dropped it. He looked back at Ashe. "Area secured. No hostiles detected."

At Tim's command, Ashe dropped to the ground, in a low crouch. As the gunfire subsided Ashe rose, flinching at the crunch of bone and spinning to see the Ursa cub fall to the ground. "Awww.... poor thing." The sheep faunus said as she watched its body slowly start to fume. "If they didn't want to kill us all the time, they'd be almost cute...."

Tim began walking back when she spoke he tilted his head. "Query. How does one preserve something as cute?" He asked as he walked over to her side.

"Cute?" Ashe said, hugging Tim's arm and pressing it to the center of her chest as she walked him in a random direction, not know where Beacon was. "Well it's when you get this feeling when you see something cute... you feel like you wanna squish it or squeeze it or pinch it or when you just wanna squeal when you see it. It's cute so you like it a lot like that.... You don't understand, do you?" She asked, pouting when she noticed the blank look on his face.

Tim tilted his head even more at her statement. "Input analysis does not show up as cute. It instead shows up as in a suplex or bear hug maneuver." He said as he picked the girl up and placed her on his shoulders.

Ashe giggled as she regained her seat on his shoulders, both hands on his head for balance, her tail wagging slowly side to side behind her. "Well it's not really like that but I'm not sure if I could put it into words properly. It's just a feeling that you get, not a suplex. A bear hug might work though." She added, bending down to be eye level with him, her hands moving to tug and play with his cheeks.

Tim just kept walking through the forest, as he did so he logged all information given to him today. [Logged and saved.] He then looked up slightly at the girl on his head and smiled. [....Subject Ashe Campbell.....status......cute.] He then looked back to the trail before him.

Eventually, the blood going to her head turns Ashe's face a deep shade of red. Pouting, she brings her head back up a little too quickly, as evidenced by the head rush and the now spinning world. Taking a moment to get her head back on straight, she moves her hands back to the top of Tim's head as she rode along. "So, where are we headed?"

Tim looked up. "Destination: Beacon Academy." He said as he walked through the woods. He looked around at all the flora and fauna. Taking it in and feeling at ease.

"Well then tally ho, my faithful robot." Ashe said, pointing in a completely random direction, giggling as she did before resting her forearms on Tim's head and leaning forwards, smiling contentedly.

[Time skip]

"Destination reached." He said as he pointed at the large building ahead of him. He seemed to have exited the forest and was now heading to Beacon.

"Are we really there already?" Ashe asked sadly, puffing her cheeks and rubbing Tim's head. "Well I guess we'd have to eventually.... So you want to split up he-" She started to say, stopping mid sentence to gasp. "Oh I know. I could walk you home. It's the least a gentleman could do." She offered, giggling shortly afterwards. "Heh heh.... I've always wanted to say that...."

Tim simply opened the schematics for the schools layout. "It seems that your room is closer. This unit shall aid you there." He said as he slowly began walking to the main gate. The light shined off his reflective back. He looked up and put his finger up. As he did this a bird came over and landed on it. He then studied the bird and scanned it.

Ashe stared in awe as Tim 'summoned' a bird to his finger, completely forgetting that she was supposed to be walking home. Her jaw hung low as she stared at the little bird, looking back and forth between it and the hulking robot. "Did you just...?"

Tim just watched the bird for awhile before it flew off. "Pardon?" He asked Ashe about her question. He watched as the bird flew off into the orange sky. The sun blazing behind its silhouette.

"I... it's... uh...." Ashe stuttered, watching the bird fly off, craning her head as it passed over her. "Uhh... nothing. Let's just get you back to your dorm. Please, carry on."

Tim just shrugged and continued forward.

[Time skip]

Tim soon reached his dorm. "Destination reached Miss Campbell." He said in his deep voice as he gentaly took the girl off his shoulders.

"Oh hey, we're here." Ashe said, stating the obvious as she got off Tim's shoulders. "Well Tim. I guess this is we part ways." She said, bouncing on the balls of her feet and heels before she leans up and plants a kiss on his cheek. "I'll see you around, Tin man~" She said before she starts walking down the hall, in the complete opposite direction of the exit she needed to take.

Tim just tilits his head at the girl. "Other way." He said as he watched her walk away

Ashe spun on her heel, walking straight past Tim, patting his shoulder as she walked by and continued down the hall, pointed in the right direction this time. "Thaaanks~"
