Ragnarok vs Apocalypse (Closed)

Aeden jawed had dropped after seeing Shem's display of power he barely even noticed Lucina had come back. He turns to her and hugs her. "Glad to see your safe. You missed a bit. Looks like Shem combined with Ragnarok or something like that. I don't really understand it. He was like that when I got here."

"Ok? I'm a bit confused but I'm just going to think that something good happened" Lucina then released Aeden from the hug and took out her device checking her health and other necessities.

(OOC: Mood Music

Dameon, on his back, lifts his head and hears the sound of shattering glass. He touches his face and noticed that part of his face is gone and is seeping a major amount of Aura. "What the- how is this possible?!"

"100% Synchronization of me and Ragnarok, something you couldnt do. It pulls a strain on my body but it packs on hell of a punch."

"Impossible! You cant do this! I am your father! Would you kill your own father?" Dameon smiled thinking that Shem wouldnt kill his own dad. Dameon jumps forward throwing a fire filled punch at Shem.


Shem stands there and takes the punch. He does not flinch. Instead, he grabs Dameon's arm, and punches Dameon's elbow, shattering his arm off.

Dameon lets out a scream. "You! HOW ARE YOU DOING THIS! TELL ME!"

"You mentioned my father..." Shem said solemnly as he throws down the now evaporating arm of Dameon. He reaches into his labcoat and pulls out a small smith's hammer and looks at it, smiling. He looks up at Dameon with anger, walks up to him, grabs Dameon by the collar and stands him up. Getting right in Dameon's face, Shem looking into Dameon's eyes. "Marshall may not have been my real father, but he has taught me what kind of person a father is...and you are not one!" He lets go of Dameon's collar and turns and walks a few steps. He looks down at the hammer as it flashed a faint green and Shem smiled.

"He was weak, he was no father!" Dameon said, foolishly taunting Shem. "What can that failure teach you about being a father?!"

Shem swings around quickly, slamming the hammer into Dameon's face. "He was no failure!"

Dameon stammers back, sensing more of his skin shattering. "How..."

"A FATHER IS KIND!" Shem smacks Dameon with the hammer again.
"A FATHER IS PATIENT!" Shem smacks again, shattering more of Dameon's form.
"A FATHER LOOKS FOR THE BEST IN HIS SON!" Shem brings the hammer down on Dameon again, breaking the head of the hammer off with such force.

Dameon falls to the ground losing too much aura. He looks up at Shem with pure terror in his eyes as his son walks up to him and grabs him by the collar.

"A father....does NOT...hurt my friends..." Shem readies a punch. His body glows red and then all the red that surrounds his body moves to his fist, turning Shem back to his normal white haired self, his green eyes locked on to Dameon's terrified yellow iris's. The world grew silent around the two as time slowed down. Shem's flaring red, aura filled punch, A punch with the power of all of Ragnarok, flies into Dameon's face. A sonic boom was released, shattering the buildings around them, as the punch connects, sending Dameon soaring into the distance.

Dameon, evaporating as he flies through the air knew he wouldnt not land as by the time he would, he would be gone. Dameon mustered up the last of his strength to look at where he was, where Shem was. His eyes now brown, like they were many years ago. He smiles and with a voice that hasnt been used since that day when Apocalypse took over Dameon says his last words before finally disappearing. "...thank you..."

Shem stands there, fist out from when he punched Dameon, his hair white again. The red aura disappears from his fist and Shem falls to his knees. Breathing heavy he keeps his head facing the ground.

Kaitlin is outside the building as it's collapsing. While eating two pockies.

She smiles, darkly.

"Was about damn time. Although Dameon did get a peaceful ending. Even though a little bit of suffering is good."

Lucina walks outside the building looking at her device. She looks up to see Dameon get mega punched. She drops her device and looks over at Shem looking completely like a a badass. She is speechless and stands there staring at Shem. All she says is" Well...that was entertaining..."

Ron gets up from his position where he watched the final fight. I don't know the cause of this, but I know the outcome was the right one. Maybe I don't have to let them know I was here. he thinks to himself. He starts to walk past them a little ways off, not trying to hide, but not trying to be noticed.

Zwei was able to move but hardly. His entire body hurt and the blood covered his face. He grunted and gritted his teeth as he pushed of the ground while every fiber in his being screamed at him to stop. He would have felt naked at most times without his mask but it hurt too much to care. He stood where he was braced against a wall "Damn Shem....remind me not to piss you off" he spoke while wiping his face.

Indigo's jaw dropped. She stood there, breathless until her trance broke and she ran over to Shem as fast as her injured leg would allow. She knelt down to Shem's level, grabbing his face and forcing a pasionate kiss. When she finally withdrew, she kept her forehead pressed against Shem's. "I... Am so fragging glad I found you. Seriously, I can't thank you enough for just existing." Indigo nuzzled her head in Shem's neck, breathing on his back heavily. "Can we go home now?"

Shem doesnt move. As Indigo hugs him, a faint cracking is heard. "In-...." The cracking becomes worse when Shem tries to move his arm. The sound of hissing is then heard as red aura seeps out of the cracks at immense quantities.

Lucia walks out of the building and runs over in shock. She pulls Indigo away from Shem. "Get back! The synchronization was too much...Shem is degenerating..."

Shem looks up at Indigo and Lucia, with no life in his eyes, cracks on his face and red aura seeping out of his mouth and the cracks.

Lucia leans down and puts her hands on her son's cheeks. "Im sorry...Im sorry I wasnt there for you." She begins to cry. She turns around and "looks" at Indigo. "Indigo Evans, you take care of my son for me! Got it!?" She begins to glow cyan and looks back at Shem, tears in her eyes. "Im going to stabilize you, Shem. Ragnarok will lose its sentience...and it will take time for you to return to normal. But Indigo will take care of you. She loves you." She touches Shem's face again, the cracks begin to close as Shem begins to glow cyan.

Kaitlin is in the building and pulls Indigo away from Shem and Lucia.

"Listen... leave them alone for a minute... I have a feeling that may be all one of them has left..."

Kaitlin holds back Indigo in case she runs.

Indigo fell back on her rear as she was pulled back. Lost in the commotion, she is confused for a moment before the whole situation hits her like a truck. She was losing Shem again. "No! No! Shem!" She wouldn't lose him again, she had to fight! Indigo tried to get back to Shem, to help him, hold him and keep him from leaving. She felt hands holding her back, keeping her from Shem, how dare they! Didn't they know what was at stake? "Let me go! Let go..! Please..!" She was blinded by fear and tears, her mind was in down to only one simple objective: Save Shem. She fought against her captors, but it was no use. She would lose him again...

Kaitlin looks at Indigo.

"Trust me Shem has probably been through worse. And, didn't that woman tell you to look after him? Why would she tell you that if Shem would die. Look at the brighter side of things."

Kaitlin smiles softly at her and attempts to calm her down.

Ron goes to where he hung his hoodie in the tree and grabs it. Holding on to it with his uninjured arm he leans against the tree and watches the events happening in the main group. I should stick around just in case.

Kaitlin lets go of Indigo and realizes.

"Ma'am how do you know me?"

Indigo dropped to her palms. Despite her semblance being unusable at the current moment, Indigo still made it to Shem with inhuman speed, ignoring her pained leg. She grabbed hold of Shem's hands, gripping firmly. Before anyone could pull her away again, Indigo pressed her ear to Shem's chest, panicking when she doesn't immediately hear a heartbeat, but relaxes when a faint thump meets her ear. At this point, it would take an army to pry her away, Indigo would not leave his side for anything. For now, she would remain still and focused on Shem's heartbeat and rising and falling chest.

"Well...now that that is done..." At this point Drake collapses again, blood pooling from his ruined hands. Home was a place none of them were in a state to return to. So many wounded...

The airship pilot walking up to the crowd rubs the back of his head. "Welp, we have a problem. My little event with the elephant thing shot out my engines...So until I make repairs, We're stuck here..."

"Thats not true, sir." Lucia said standing up. "I know of a place where we can rest...." She said looking at Drake. "Aeden, can you move? Help me gather the injured. Indigo, Can you grab Shem? We're going for a walk..."
