Isabelle's running is cut short when she suddenly stops.

What the...

She had run into a wall that seemed to appear out of the middle of nowhere. Noticing the others that were forming on her sides and closing in on her, she rolls backwards in attempt to escape before she is boxed in.

El Taladro lands in a roll, preserving as much momentum as possible. He turns towards Isaac and strikes a fearsome, battle ready pose. "Well done Amigo! I was afraid this would be over quickly! I will not show you any mercy and i expect you to show me the same courtesy. Good luck, Muchacho!"

"Well, it's nice to see you're having fun. May the best man win." Issac lashes out with a strike at Taladros legs.

Leonius chuckled as the final wall took shape, blocking Isabelle's escape. He raised his hand, and closed his fist dramatically, the walls rushing inward and pressing hard against the girl as he spared a look at El Taladro and Issac.

Only to receive a cascade of alerts from the sensor net. With a wave of his hand, he dismissed the walls of force, glancing at Isabelle before looking back at his comrade and other opponent. "EVERYONE STAND DOWN," he bellowed, bringing his fist back and pivoting to to point behind Isabelle and a bit to the side. "WE HAVE GRIMM INCOMMING... COMMON FOES... COME BEFORE THIS BATTLE... TWENTY BEOWULFS CLOSING IN..."

As the first appeared, right where Leo was pointing, a circle of glowing gears appeared around his gauntlet, and the tinny voice rang in his ear. "Cast Repeater: full auto fire."

The titan who had stood over Isabelle, just moments ago ready to crush her into submission, snarled as the circles began belching forth balls of kinetic death, one after another, in a circular pattern.

You all get the feeling you are being watched from several directions at once. Its an eerie feeling. Something isn't quite right. Several orbs of death and destruction fly in various directions into bushes and cover.

"Grimm? Ha, I can handle those." Issac stops himself mid-swing and turns to face the forest.

El Taladro darts backwards, a move he had mastered in the famous fight for the Middle Weight Regional Championship against the feared Las Garras de Acero, the long armed terror of the ring. His head turns to Leo. "I hear you, Amigo!" he turns back towards Isaac and holds his hand out to him, "New circumstances have come to light. We must delay our battle until our common enemies are no more!"

A moment later, 18 beowolves jump out into the clearing from all directions. Leo's attacks appear to have stopped several of them, as you can see one collapsed one just outside a bit of ground covering. You are all surrounded, and two of them leap at Isebelle, two at Leo, one at Issac, and a final at El Taladro. The others close in but do not leap for an attack.

Uh oh.

Staggering to her feet, Isabelle looks over and sees the two Beowolves leaping it her. In the blink of an eye, she draws her second sword and swipes at one of the wolves, raising her left foot and attempting to kick the second in the face.

Issac swings Midnight at the incoming Beowolfs face, with a big smile on his face. "God I miss this."

Leonius's arm traced upward, spraying shots at one of the incoming Beowulfs before turning and attempting to punch it away with his left arm, following through with the momentum and attempting to backhand the other with his right.

There were no words, only the hum of Leo's reactors.

El Taladro roars with laughter and rushes to meet the Beowulf head on. He crashes into it and wraps his arms around its midsection.
"BEGONE DEMON!" he thunders as he puts all his strength into suplexing the monster into the ground.

Isabelle's sword swiftly slices one the first beowolf, causing it to stagger to the side. The second one ducks under the kick, however, and swipes downward as it lands in front of her, taking advantage of her weakened balance.

Midnight cuts into the beowolf, the force of the swing forcing the creature to complete its leap to the side of Issac. However, it wasn't enough to kill the creature, and it brings its claws toward Issac's face.

A barrage of bullets hammer into the first beowolf, and it is easily dismissed with a powerful punch from Leo's left. The second beowolf guards against your backhand swing, but it is still knocked away. It lands and immediately rushes you.

The beowolf struggles under the might of El Taladro, but can't break free as it brought up into the air and over onto the ground, head first. It continues stuggling, but is weakened from having an earth like structure hit it in the head.

An additional beowolf jumps at each player!

Leonius snarled, holding out his hand at the Beowulf that blocked. The spinning gear appeared around the creature's throat, and Leo lifted his hand, the now-choking Beowulf rising as he did so.

As another began approaching from behind, Leo's motion sensors blared a warning, and he whipped around, bringing the struggling Beowulf around with him, and he smirked under his helmet.

"No," he said simply as his hand flew open, and an explosive burst of force dismissed the bindings around the first Beowulf's neck and sent it flying at its compatriot. He followed by clenching his fist, the circles appearing again and spewing a salvo of spheres at the two.

The Beowolf avoids her kick and attacks, but she manages to block the swipe with the sword in her left hand. Suddenly, a third wolf leaps at her to attack. She swings the blade in her right hand at it's head, hoping to kill it in one quick swing.

Issac jumps backwards, shifts into his double-handed stance, and brings Midnight in an upward swing to decapitate the first Beowolf.

El Taladro rolls over the collapsed beowulf in order to avoid the second one flying at him. He grabs the first one in a headlock under his left arm and drags it with him away from the second beowulf, trying to create some distance. As he does so, he pounds the weakened beowulf's skull with his right hand, screaming at the second beowulf, "YOU LIKE THAT HOMBRE?! WATCH WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BROTHER! YOU STILL WANT A PIECE OF EL TALADRO?!? YOU WANT SOME OF THE PAIN?! COME AND GET YOUR SHARE, BEAST!"

Two beowolves crash into each other midair, causing both of them to fall in a heap. The one thrown by Leo decides to move on to the next life, but the second one stands, disoriented and unable to react quickly.

Isabelle's swing makes short work of the third creature, and it lands and slides into her feet, causing her to lose her balance! The second and first beowolf, now recovered from the previous attack, dive toward her unbalanced form in an attempt to grab and bite her

Midnight makes a clean slice right through the beowolfs neck, ending its Grimm life.(grim life. It was grim. Ha. Oh my, I'm bad at jokes.) The second wolf lands in front of you, and forces itself into another short leap at Issac!

El Taladro's taunt brings fear and anger to the probably emotionless creature, as its companion's skull is battered and crushed under immense strength. The second wolf looks at the others, and instead charges toward Isabelle, who is rapidly being outnumbered!

The remaining wolves close in further, shifting toward the side with Isabelle. Its becoming apparent that focusing on her is their strongest chance.

Isabelle accidentally stumbles over the body of the Beowolf she killed, and almost falls over. The other two wolves leap onto her, and she is knocked to the ground. She tries kicking them to get some distance, but is more or less just flailing her legs at them as the others move in.

Issac notices Isabelle and slips into guardian mode. "Get off her!" He jumps up and lands to swing at the beowolves on top of her.

Situational awareness was not lost on Leonius, and while they were opponents in the tournament, against the creatures of Grimm Isabelle was an ally. And one did not allow allies to fall needlessly. Firing another burst of spheres at the remaining Beowulf, Leo turned to Isabelle, growling as his wings flared up and he took to the air. "Modus: Iudicium," he called, slowing his descent to a crawl with constant expenditure on his legs and shielding himself from below. As his cannons twisted up, then downward, he looked between each Beowulf gathering to target Isabelle.

He had seen the Grimm just the other day. Disgusting creatures.

The slowly falling artillery platform smirked as his cannons lit up, non-explosive but still dust-charged shots flying from the rapidly shifting cannons, one after another. Given their angles by the tactical computer, each cannon moved independently as a hail of shells streaked toward the horde. "I WILL TAKE... CROWD CONTROL... REINFORCE... THE GIRL... EL TALADRO..."

El Taladro throws the body of the of the first creature to the ground. "NO! WE ARE NOT DONE HERE, ALIMAÑA!" El Taladro then notices the beowolves advancing on the little girl on the ground and his ally's words reach him through the red haze of rage and joy that has enveloped him. He shoots forward and charges at the wolves approaching Isabelle, letting out a blood curdling cry.

A hailstorm barrage forces several of the beowolves to stop and block, but it isn't as effective as they hoped. Several of them collapse to the ground, leaving only a few remaining. One of the beowolves gets a its teeth locked onto Isabelle's thigh, while the second turns to try and deal with Issac's strike, but isn't fast enough and is cut down swiftly. Only a moment later, the beowolf biting Isabelle is suddenly 30 feet away, carried away by a mysterious yet massive, masked man.

The few beowolves on the outskirts that aren't under fire have turned and begun fleeing into the tall brush for cover and to make their escape.

To recap in case I missed describing something, all surviving beowolves are on the retreat, except the one El Taladro has.

Issac sheaths Midnight and holds out his hand for Isabelle. "Come one, we gotta get somewhere to check that bite."

El Taladro is boiling with rage at the actions of this damned beowulf. He lets out a roar, then uses his considerable momentum to slam the wolf into a tree. Before it can recover, he snaps one of its legs with a swift stomp and locks it in an unforgiving full nelson. Pausing to punish the beast whever it got fiesty, he dragged it back to the injured girl, where he held it fast and growled, "Apologize, mongrel."

Is this how I die?

Isabelle's eyes were closed, but she could obviously still feel the Beowolves biting and clawing at her. She waited for death, until they suddenly stopped. Opening her eyes, she could see the surviving Beowolves retreating. Her body was covered in scratches and bites, and she was bleeding badly from where one had bitten on her thigh.

"W-why are they leaving?" she asked as she grabbed Isaac's hand.

"... No. No you... do not..."

As Leonius dropped to the ground, he looked at his sensor net's readings and the tactical computer's firing solution, and glanced at Isabelle a moment before another twenty four shots went airborne, the fleeing Beowolves the latest target of Leo's artillery strikes, the launching of which again shook the surroundings with the ungodly roar.

He didn't care too much if he annihilated the survivors, but the cannons descended upon his two opponents on the other side of the crater he had made, tilting his head at them. "... You two... did well... But now it appears... we must go back to business... and I happen... to have you both conveniently... within my arc of fire... and there is no threat... of my onslaught affecting my partner..." He gestured to Isabelle and El Taladro. "But she needs... medical attention... sooner rather than later... Perhaps surrender... would be a good course... of action..."
