The Fourth Arrival [Open]

Beacon Week Six: Monday

Meet and greet away.

Kooplah: Also, the 4th initiation will be taking place on Tuesday, week six, in the timeline. So make sure your character isn't in another thread on that day or anything.

Standing in center of a huge avenue, Argent stares up at the building.

Looks more like a castle than a school.

Students, both new and old, pass around him. Some faces he recognizes from the airship or even from the cafe. He even saw a couple customers that were there the week before.

Realizing he'd been standing there for a while, he begins walking again, though not quite sure of where to go.

"Probably should've read the letter." Argent mutters to himself, Hima occasionally clicking at his sides and Agni producing soft, hollow clunks on the stone pavement.

Daisy was leaning against a wall with an excited smile on her face Maybe these new students will be more friendly than the last lot she thought to herself. She watched the students pouring through waiting for someone who looked friendly and nice to talk to.

Mars walked out of the ship, and onto the platform. A large duffle bag slung over his left shoulder, and a rifle case in his right hand. He re-adjusted his hood, making sure the students couldn't see his face mistakenly.
    As the crowd of students began to disperse, Mars would raise his head slightly and take quick glances. Observing the increase in Faunus students since his last visit to the academy.

Daisy noticed Evan trying to hide himself away. Hmmm, a lonely person like me, maybe he wants a friend too? She thought to herself. But when she had stopped thinking she noticed he had walked towards the cafeteria and was too far away but luckily Daisy new a shortcut to the cafeteria and made her way towards it, trying to get there before him.

"How did I end up here?" Argent said as he looked around him.

Somehow he hadbrought himself to the cafeteria, him being the only obvious newcomer as the rest of them were probably exploring the more exciting parts of the school before assembly was called.

As he's about to enter, his hand already at the door knob, he spots a girl sprinting through the trees, bushes and twigs snapping audibly as she passes by.

Argent stares at her, an eyebrow raised quizzically; not paying attention to the door.

Daisy saw the boy watching her, she stopped for a second and looked at him. Then remembered what she was doing and continued on her path.

Jade ran out of the airship in front of the group, clapping her hands together like a child at christmas at the sight of the keep. At first glance Beacon was everything she'd hoped and more, and better. She stopped at the middle of the square to just stare at the people passing by. She drowned herself in thoughts and feelings, fully prepared to spend the next years of her life here.

There was a sense of awe about the place, and Jade was fascinated by it. She decided to stay at the clearing for a bit, get a sense of the people around her.

Mars smiles as he sees a new student celebrating her arrival at Beacon, the thought of seeing enthusiastic future Hunters makes his day. But his long tail, that he forgot to conceal, began to sway vigorously. This caused his hooded rode to become lose and fell off shortly. Exposed, besides his normal clothing, and hoping he doesn't attract too much attention with his ghastly appearance.
    Seeing one that resembles a Beowolf, standing in the middle of a court yard filled with fresh new students probably would scare those that have never seen one, and instigate conflict with the hot headed newcomers.

"Well that's something you don't see everyday."

Leaving forest girl to her own devices, Argent enters the cafeteria.

Immediately, Argent's senses are nearly overloaded. Not yet exactly lunch time and the place is packed. Students scurry about, trays of food nearly toppling now and then. The aroma of food is thick in the air, Argent's mouth starting to water.

Resigning himself to an early lunch, he orders a few club sandwiches, finds an empty table by a window with a view of the plaza he was in earlier, and enjoys his meal.

Oz steps out of the ship after that long flight. His face shows no emotion but he heads straight to the cafeteria. He's hungry.He murmurs,"Man, that sucked."

Celeste dazed off while staring at her food. She was poking at it with her fork, not feeling hungry at all. She was alone at a table in the cafeteria, no one wanted to talk to her but she didn't care. She merely thought of what was going to happen from here on. Not sure how she would make friends or if she need any at all. She ignored the mass of students coming and going, her eyes on her tray, her mind somewhere else. She pinches herself to make sure she hasn't wandered back into a dream like state. That would make for a bad first impressions on any possible team mates here.

This isn't a dream, isn't it?

Dingaling

A bell rings faintly as a Lugh's hulking body steps through the door. Even without already knowing him, Argent would have noticed him in a heartbeat. He still wasn't wearing his armor, something Argent should probably have apologized for by now. Maybe even payed him back.

I'll get to that someday.

"Big guy! Over here!" Argent yelled, his voice drowned out by the roar of eating students but getting the desired effect nonetheless.

"Likewise." Argent replies, smiling. "Grab some food and sit down. We've got some catching up to do."

At least there's one familiar face here. Who knows, there might be a couple more people I know. At least I won't get lost anymore... right?

Daisy came back with food and sats down at a table Damn, I missed him she thought to herself, she then looked across at the crowd looking for more candidates for friends, she saw Ozzy but thought Nah, I'm too busy eating right now and began eating her food.

Daisy looked up from her food to see the student sit at the bench opposite her, she then looked back towards her food and double taked Oh, hey it's that kid from earlier she thought to herself. She then waved at him across the table.

Celeste sat quietly on the far side of the cafeteria, she saw a couple of students greeting each other with hugs and smiles, something considers an odd but otherwise common gesture of kindness. She finishes her meal and heads out to the courtyard looking for something to do, she picks up her axe-the Jabberwocky- and heads out, not minding the multitude of eyes on her.

I need some fresh air

Outside she finds a nice bench to sit on, she whips out a small book she bought before getting on the airship and starts reading. The sunlight gently caressing her face, the breeze blowing by and causing her hair to be drawn back. A few passerby's glanced at her, something she was used to, it's not everyday a pretty girl with a battle axe is seen reading a book on a bench. No one pays heed to her as she reads, she's in her own little world yet again.

It's not my wonderland, but it'll have to do

Wolffe steps off of the airship and looks at the great building in front of him.

So this is Beacon, huh. More than I expected to be honest...

He switches on his favorite song and walks over to a bench and sits down, while he tries to remember what was where.

The glare of the sun temporarily blinds Virgil as he gets off the airship. His face bears the faintest traces of surprise as he beholds the number of people around, some mingling with each other while some apparently lost, and the great building before him.

Beacon... No surprise there.

He heads over to one of the benches and just takes in the scenery around him, his face still as blank as it was earlier, but his mind now racing around the thought that he had finally gotten into Beacon.
