Who Is Bus (Open)

Leonius growled as he sat down in the wide, empty section of the bus. It was a big bus. It was made for mass transit. It had a spacious cargo area near the back. It had an abnormally high ceiling. He was still shoved in the back, like cargo. Because he looked like a robot. Which was discriminatory. Though they at least put a bench in the back for him, and Beacon Students were supposed to sit toward the back anyway to take advantage of a free pass offer.

Some civillian knockoff of the AK-130 line used by Schnee stared at the cyborg, and Leonius glared at it. "What?"

"Intruder, identify yours-"

The robot said no more, as Leonius reached out, grabbed its head in one hand, and pulled it off, dropping it on the floor next to the now-collapsed body. "... I am seriously contemplating... if it would have been better... to walk..." He looked out the window at the pouring rain, completely meaning what he had said even as a hailstone the size of his (rather large) thumb bounced off the sidewalk, an optical illusion on the soaked pavement making it look like it had embedded itself in the concrete.

"Everythin' okay back there, Tinman?" The bus driver looked back, smirking as his cat ears twitched.

"All except... the hostile machines... and discriminatory language..." The bus slowed to a stop, opening to let on some Beacon Students...

Moseph frowned visibly at the weather that was happening. The Parasite was up on his head, intercepting the hail in such a way that he had a heft icy affro on his head. How much longer will this weather be. he thought just as the bus came to a halt by him. Without consideration of others, he pushed forward, semblance disappearing and letting the hail hit the pavement behind him.

"Off by a minute." he said annoyingly to the driver, almost literally showing his free pass into his face before making his way down to the back of the bus. He took out his electronic cigarette and sat down one row in front of Leonius, putting it in his mouth and leaning against the window to take up both seats.

David loaded up on the bus. He was needing to get to work and flying was a no go. He took a seat and looked behind to see a man in a suit it appeared. He then looked at him in awe. "My, my. What a marvelous piece of equipment you have there. What model is that?" The young cyborg asked the man.

Lux ran to the bus stop as the bus started to pull in, his coat pulled over his head to try and give some form of protection from the storm. At this point, Lux didn't care if it meant being around strangers, standing out here waiting for the car to arrive was tantamount to suicide with the weather the way it was now.

Lux made it to the bus and gave the driver the fair. When he looked at the other three on the bus, Lux decided it was best to avoid the strangers and sat near the front of the bus.

Ron was waiting for the bus grumbling about something as he waited. "Why do I even bother locking my bike to a sign if someone is just gonna steal the sign?" he muttered to himself. He had just gone into a book store to grab some new books to read for a few minutes and it had disappeared. Rather than walk back he decided to take the bus.

When it arrives, he gets on, shows his Beacon ID, and moves to the back. Seeing Leonius at the back he thinks, Oh no, not him. He quickly sits down as far front as students are allowed, avoiding making eye-contact with the cyborg.

Vivian stood at the bus stop as well, attempting and failing to shield her head from the weather.  Because she has no arms, obviously.

When the bus finally arrived, she quickly climbed in and waved to the bus driver, letting him see that her student ID was pinned to her shirt.  Heading into the back, she took a seat in the booth across from Moseph.  One thing that Vivian hated more than bad weather was public transportation.  The floors were covered various disgusting things, like gum and food, possibly more so than the ground outside.  Considering that she walked around in bare feet all the time, it was not a very pleasant thought.

The Driver watched as five people got on, paying particular attention to the armless girl's chest, though not necessarily her pass. "Need a hand, sweatheart? ... Get it. Hand. Because... you know. Arms." He watched her go back, before looking to the door as a look of rage passed over his face. "Oh HELL NO," he said, slamming the door in the face of a rabbit eared Beacon student in a soaked uniform, looking back at the students in the back as he floored it. "You all saw that she was back away from the curb, right? Like, a block away? ... Of course you did." He grumbled as his eyes went back to the road. "Bitch owes me money, and she didn't look like she was willing to pay."


Leo's visor snapped to David, eye narrowing under the mask. "... It is a custom prosthetic exoskeleton... of my own design..."


The brakes screeched as the bus came to a rapid halt at the next stop, leaving the soaked girl at the previous stop to try, desperately to run to catch the bus as she was pelted with hail.

Skylar tapped her foot, looking at a nearby clock, Come on, is this thing always late? She thought, a small frown touching the ends of her mouth. She folded her arms, leaning up against the bus stop sign. A small shopping bag hung from the tips of her fingers on her left hand. She reached up with her right hand, flipping her hair back behind her ear as she saw the bus round the corner. She looked up at the hail pinging off the shield she had erected above her head with her semblance. She realized that her eyes and hair would be glowing as she stepped onto the bus, and quickly closed the first Gate. She procured her ID and showed it to the driver, giving him a couple lien as well, because he looked like a good guy. She turned to walk down the aisle and immediately saw a large cyborg man sitting there. Woah, that's cool. She thought, taking the seat across from him. She sat down, placing her shopping bag next to her and glanced over at the large man, interested in his large metal suit.

David just looked in amazement. "And a great design at that. Such craftsmanship. The amount of time it would have taken to build that suit. Oh where are my manners. David Maloney, you?" He asked as he extended his right arm to a handshake. (right=cyborg arm) The arm was red with a hint of orange coming through in the light.

Moseph rolled his eyes at the bus driver, "Asshole." he muttered to himself before taking his phone out and slipping earphones into his Faunus ears, shuffling through the songs in it until he found one he liked, starting to smoke his cigarette, paying attention to no particular point on the wall across from him, around Vivian.

Lux was a little shocked to see the bus driver slam the door on someone in weather like this. Taking out his Scroll, Lux sent a message to the Verity office to pay for a cab to pick up a female rabbit Beacon student from the bus stop and take her were she asked. She was a stranger, but she deserved this much.

"Leonius Decimi Regulus..." Leo sat forward, reaching out to take the much smaller cyborg's hand to shake it. David. Interesting. "... Is your gear custom... as well...?"

Myren had his back leaned up against the sign post denoting the bus-stop. Checking the time on his scroll again and again as it became abundantly clear that this bus was running late. As it finally rolled up to the curb, He stepped on, politely inclining his head towards the driver as he handed off his pass.

Myren quickly scanned the crowd gathered in this confined space and realized he didn't know most of them, but judging by the looks of them, they were all likely students from one combat academy or another.
However, He most certainly recognized the goliath hunkered down in the back.

Good afternoon, Leonius. What on earth possessed you to use public transport?

David nodded. "Correct. It would appear that you have an eye for tech as well." He said smiling. David was amazed by the mans suit. Such a suit would require so much engineering and time. I am humbled by this amazing tech. He thought with a smile as he looked the suit over.

Vivian glanced around at the others on the bus.  Surely, there was someone here she could bother to pass the time.  The two cyborgs in the back seemed to be occupied in their conversation, along with the other person who had just began talking to them.  The other faunus sitting across from her was looking in her direction, though seemed to be more interested in listening to his music.  Looking up towards the front of the bus, one of the other students (Ron) seemed to be sitting alone, and not doing anything.

Standing up, Vivian quickly moved up to the seat across from him, sitting down.  "Hey.  What'cha doin'?"

Malina grumbled to herself as hail stones bounced off of Manticore which had positioned itself and it's stinger above Malina's head. "Oh we can't get to you, the RV broke down" She said to her self in a mocking impression of Ashelynne. "Bitch..." Within a few seconds of finishing her statement to no one the bus arrived at her stop. "This is the exact reason I got the damn RV....Hey, screw you. It's god damn freezing out there." She said as she passed the driver. Looking over the people occupying she realized she knew no one. 'No...that's not true...There's..Moseph..ugh..and that's that boy from...oh god....' From David her gaze shifted to Leonius. "Oh good, we let tin men on the bus now, lovely." She said, scoffing, as she sat down in an empty seat with Manticore splayed out next to her on the seat.

Ron turns from staring out the window at the passing buildings, toward the girl that had sat across from him. He answered with, "Just riding to Beacon, thinking if I have enough money to buy a new bike, and trying to avoid the giant cyborg that is sitting in the back." Having immediately noticed her lack of limbs, Ron quickly comes up with enough topics to ever come close to him accidentally mentioning her arms not being there. To be polite, of course.

"....."

A white haired girl named Robin Vimana took a long, hard look at the buses current occupants, and came to a reasonable conclusion.

"....This bus is going down in flames." She said to herself dryly, noting the cyborgs, the psychos, and other assorted people of varying mental stability.

Thorn stood at the bus stop holding Ambrosia Spike over her head like it would magically stop all the hail. She said to herself, "I really need to think about stealing myself a nice aircraft.." But deep down she knew she was never capable of stealing one of those. She then noticed the bus FINALLY arriving. She moved from her spot collapsing Ambrosia Spike and putting it on her belt, walked onto the bus. She walked down the aisle taking a seat across from a lady with some sort of cybernetic tail. She looked across to the lady giving her a scowl, and said, "Put that damn thing away, will you."

"What happened to your bike?  And what's wrong with the cyborg?" Vivian asked, glancing back to the gigantic dude in metal.  Looking back towards the front, she noticed a familiar face.  "PSSSSST.  Robiiin. ROBIIIIIN.  PSSSST." she whispered while frantically waving her stumps in attempt to draw attention.

Robin had little to no trouble spotting Vivian. Shaking her head in bemused smile, she walked up to her little armless friend.

"Hey Vivian. What's up?"

Malina's tinman response was overheard, but Leonius gave no response. The suit, however, and he would insist it was the combat computer taking the initiative, gave her the finger.

Ron was not so lucky. "YES, RON... Tell the nice... young woman what is wrong... with the cyborg..." Leonius looked at Ron, chuckling as he looked back at David. "An interesting design... What do you use... to power it..? Glucose metabolization... or a dust reactor..?"


The bunny finally stopped, as did the bus, as a cab pulled up for her. "Oh HELL NO," the bus driver said, pulling a knife out of his boot and slamming the door open to dash out in the rain and hail. As the rabbit girl got into the cab, the driver reached it, and promptly slashed the tires. The words "BITCH WHERE'S MY MONEY" could be heard inside the bus as the driver climbed back on and floored it, just as a large chunk of hail burst through the cab's windshield. "AN OBJECT LESSON TO YOU ALL. If you owe the bus driver money... YOU WALK."

The bus screeched again, as it came to another stop.

Ron squinted his eyes in frustration. "It got stolen while I was getting these books," he said indicating the bag next to him. "As for the cyborg..." he glanced to the back. "I'm guessing you weren't in the school when he sent a video to everyone calling me a pervert. THAT was an awful day." As she starts getting a friends attention, Ron looks through the books he picked up earlier. He cringed at Leo's yell at him. No, no, no.

Axel got on the bus. He looked for an empty seat and went to sit down
