The Music Room.

Shem walks into the quiet music room. "No one here..." Shem looks around and sees a piano in the corner of the room. Shem quietly walks over there and sits down. He opens the covering over the keys and taps a few keys to see if it works. Shem looks up and around to make sure no one is here to interrupt him and he quietly begins to play... 




Stroking the keys flawlessly, lost in thought and in the music.

Wandering the halls of Beacon, Mao heard the faint sound of a piano in the distance. Curious as to where it was coming from, he decided to follow the flow of music.

He slowly approached the room where the music had been coming from and poked his head in only to discover a lone Shem playing a piano. Not bad.

Lucina still mad at Aeden for being a drunken ass last night wanders the hallways. She hears a piano and wanders over to the music room. She walks in and sees Shem and a boy.. She walks up to Shem and says" whatcha playing? It sounds good"

Shem stops playing for a second and looks up at Lucina then continues playing, "Just a song I heard when I was kid. Trying to remember if I'm still able to play. So far so good." There seemed to be a lot on Shem's mind as he talked, he seemed distant or just more focused on the music. "How you holdin' up from last night?" he asked without looking up.

"Still pretty mad at Mr. Drunkass. I'll probably be mad at him for awhile and see how it goes from there." Lucina picks up a violin. She says" you know I can play this right?"

Shem looks up, still playing, and laughs. "Yeah, he's such a wonderful influence." He notices the violin, "No. I didnt know you can play that. How long have you been playing it?"

"Ohhh, since I was about 8 or 9...OH WAIT!!" Lucina places the violin down and rushes out of the room. A few minutes later she returns with a beutiful rose wood violin signed by some superstar violinist." I'm kind of bored want to have a bit of a competition?"

Kaitlin is in the recording booth, noticing everyone piling in.

"Damn, was gonna record one more song..."

Kaitlin puts on her headphones and starts to sing.

"A competition? Um, like how?" Shem then hears singing in the distance. "You hear that?"

"yes, sounds pretty good, want to check it out?"

"I dont know, I dont want to ruin the music, kinda curious who it is though." Shem looks towards the recording rooms as he lightly taps random keys.

Kaitlin starts recording one more song.

"Well shall we then?"

Shem scoots in closer to the piano and looks at Lucina, "Ladies first."

Kaitlin starts to sing again, but this song has the male singing parts pre-recorded.

Lucina takes lead and starts to play

Mao now entered the room, careful not to disturb the two contestants and the girl recording herself. He plopped himself down and watched, his eyes glazed with excitement as he has never actually seen a musician play live before, let alone two.

Shem looks at Lucina, smiles and begins playing

Kaitlin continues to sing.

as Shem finishes Lucina says" Well your better than I thought Mr. Drakur" As round 2 begins Lucina also begins...

Without a word, Shem plays his second song.

Lucina watches Shem perfectly hitting the keys. She asks" Why do't we play a duet? See who does better?"

Shem looks at Lucina, smiles, and begins playing. 

Aeden walks around the Academy when beautful music catches his attention. "What is that?" Aeden opens the door and peers inside. Its Shem and Lucina. Aeden walks in. "Hey guys!"

Lucina ignores Aeden and starts playing another final song. She figures Shem will join in too.
