Journey To The Tower of Grimm [PLOT]

With no quick movements of worry, Tsuteto started down the hill.  "Thanks," he said, with a wave of the hand over the shoulder.  Stopping for a brief moment, he then looked behind him over the shoulder and stated, "By the way, it's Tsuteto Dracman."  Turning back, he started again, finishing off his sentence, "For whatever info you need for your observing."

Seeing the four figures bust out with speed, he watched each one.  They were prepared, that was for sure.  Without worry, he kept his walking pace, drawing out both weapons with his hands, the sheath still wrapped with the tail though.  With the five of them down there, they should be able to counter long enough for a watch against BNDT.  In fact, they already had. Knowing he'd have to make his own move, Tsuteto spun while making his steady approach, throwing the sheath of his weapon at the head of the one with the talwar swords, aiming to distract him.  At that same instant, he kicked off with high speed, leaving an after image behind for that person to focus on for what would be only a second, long enough for one of his team to possibly gain an advantage.  His actual body though made it behind the chain user in an instant, his right arm crossing his body to make both blades on the same side.  With a strike down and a spin he aimed straight for the next with his right blade, while the left approached for the figures lower back.

Tsuteto knew that the quicker the battle was decided, the better for them.  And he fully intended on doing that, even if he had to take out every one of them.

Caihn grins as the others decide to abandon the plan for the moment. He shakes his head and says, 'To be honest, I'm surprised that we didn't see this coming.' He pulls the flute from his case and sinks into a fighting stance, facing off the talwar dual wielder. He spots Tsuteto charging down the hill, and dashes forward just as Tsuteto throws his sheath, forming an aura blade as he goes. He brings his blade across to slash at the figures chest, timed so the figure would still be reacting to Tsuteto's unorthodox projectile.

"Right behind you boss." Drawing her weapons Chiu followed Ron, angling herself to strike the naginata user from the side. After switching to whips Chiu closed quickly, lashing out high and low, looking to snare either the woman's hand or feet. Let's see the bitch match a pair of speed fighters when she couldn't move.

The revolver wielding figure darts to the side of Aeden's attacks and fires two shots at him, each bullet seeking his chest.

As Tsuteto's sheathe is thrown at the talwar wielder, the figure does a spinning motion to parry the sheathe out of the air and knock it to the ground and simultaneously avoiding Caihn's slash with the aura blade. The talwar wielder tries to slash at Caihn with both blades in a criss cross motion.

The figure with the chain whip sprints into the air as Tsuteto try to strike it and back flips back to the ground landing behind him in a crouched position. Simultaneously, it stabs upwards with the long sword aiming to stab right through the small of Tsuteto's back.

The naginata wielder tries to jump back to avoid Chiu's whips but she manage to catch the figure by the leg causing it to fall to the ground. Before it has the chance to pick itself up, Cheshire suddenly appears on top of it, teleporting above it and stepping his foot down on its back. Cheshire wraps the hooked ends of Vladimir and Elizebeth around the figure's neck and pulls. All that is heard though is a metallic clang. Cheshire's eye widen. The figure pushes itself up causing Cheshire to stumble back and fall.

Picking itself up in quick motion, the hood is thrown off its head, revealing underneath a mechanical head.

The mech spins around and lunges for Cheshire trying to jab its naginata into his chest. The faunus rolls away and jumps back to his feet. Cheshire attempts to shoot at the mech but it jumps back avoiding the bullets.

While Cheshire and Chiu had fought the naginata wielding mech, Ron had run around the fight until he was behind the mech as it jumps back. He stabs to cut through the mechs back while it is jumping backwards towards him.

As the one Aeden thought was Billy dodged his attack Aeden saw he had his guns pointed directly at him. Using the momentum from his initial charge toward Billy Aeden throws his weight forward into a roll trying to avoid the shots. As he lands Aeden takes a knee and fires a 2 more rounds toward Billy followed by a burst of lightning dust from Deception X.

As the sword pierced forwards, Tsuteto turned his body slightly, allowing the blade to curve along with his back, cutting only into the fabric. Stabbing the right blade into the ground, he reached out close to him, grasping at the arm that stabbed with the blade. His left arm came from overhead, slicing down to decapitate his opponent, when the metallic ring coursed across the open air and into Tsuteto's ear canals. "Metal?" he thought in the midst of performing his strike. "If so...."

Caihn lets his body collapse backwards, bringing him down into a backwards roll. When he flips over, he pushes off the ground with his hands and springs back to his feet, while swinging his blade in a vertical arc that sends a line of energy needles towards his opponent. He reasserts his balance, before kicking off the ground to send him charging back towards his opponent. He feints a strike from the top left, but before it hits he stops and spins around, aiming to trip his opponent with his right leg.

The sound of popping metal brought a certain sense of relief to Chiu as their mechanical assailant back away. She could kill a human, if one was trying to kill her or her friends, but the idea was still distasteful. Wasn't that why she had buried her swords? Because they killed too easily? Well, that didn't matter here, you could what wasn't alive.

Seeing Ron move behind their target Chiu pressed the advantage Cheshire's shots had created. Moving forward as switched back to sticks, she swung for the construct's knees.

The naginata wielding mech suddenly turns its body around in mid air and parries Ron's blade with its own weapon. It face suddenly pops open to reveal a gun barrel and starts shooting at Chiu as she approached.

Aeden manages to avoid the gun shots. As he tries to attack again at the revolver wielder, the figure jumps into the air and soars until it lands behind Aeden and spins around to continue firing.

The chain wielder spins around, lashing with the long sword at a curved arc to slice right through Tsuteto's chest.

The talwar wielder parries the storm of needles with its swords, each needle dispersing into nothing upon contact with the blades. As Caihn tries to sweep at its leg the figure suddenly jumps and at the same time tries to slash downward with a talwar.

The sword came towards Tsuteto, his eyes widened slightly. As it cut through it's target, there was no sound made, but a disappearing figure took the sound's place. From up the hill, Tsuteto stood, over looking the individual battles, keeping himself ready to interfere with the chain wielder again. Opening his mouth, Tsuteto shouted out amongst the noise, "Tong! How long did you think this deception would last?!" Without waiting, he followed up with a shout towards his team, "Burn this field!"

You DON'T shoot at my teammate! Ron thinks as he strikes with Cupiditas at the hinge where the mech's neck should be, while holding the naginata's block with Mânie. This was the advantage of two swords.

Aeden watches as the figure sails over him to avoid his attack. He turns to face his opponent but is only met with more bullets. Aeden tries to move out of the way to avoid the gunfire but a bullets grazes across his cheek. "That better not leave a scar." Aeden switches Frost Fang to ice dust and fires a few rounds at the opponent's feet trying to keep in places as he moves in to slash. Aeden aims his strike at his opponent's forearms trying to neutralize its ability to shoot him.

Caihn dodges the blade by quickly sidestepping to the left, only just avoiding the slash, the swinging edge cutting a strand of his long flying hair. He counters his vulnerable opponent by pivoting on his right foot, and bringing his left foot up towards the back of his flying enemy, hoping to knock him to the ground.

Chiu dove to the side as the construct's face opened fire. It's rounds impacting the ground around her before a pair of blows struck her in the side as she fell. Her vision swam as she rolled clear, barely clinging to consciousness from the adrenaline flooding her system.

The chain wielder looked up where Tsuteto stood. Waving its chain whip above its head like a lasso, it tosses it towards Tusteto, the weighted end aiming to slam into his chest.

Chiu managed to get out of the way of the shots and Ron manages to knock the head right off the body. The gun shots end but the rest of the body continues to push against Ron. From the folds of its cloak, two gun barrels poke out, each one aimed at Ron's chest and both shoot at once. Before they manage to shoot, Cheshire jumps behind the naginata wielder and hooks his swords around its waist and pulls it back, forcing it to bend backwards and the guns shoot off harmlessly in the air.

Aeden's strike slices off the arms of his opponent from the elbow down. The arms fall to the ground and the guns stop firing. Suddenly the mask splits apart as the face opens up revealing another gun barrel and it shoots multiple times aiming for Aeden's chest.

As Caihn tries to sweep the legs a second time, his opponent suddenly shifts to backwards in mid air as if pulled by an invisible force. A gun barrel pokes out from the folds of its robe and it shoots at Caihn, aiming for his right leg.

Seeing Chiu get shot down triggered something in Ron's head. With a quick blink of his eyes, the iris' turned from blue to red in an instant. Now with a sudden boost of strength and speed he jumps at the naginata wielder that is now on the ground. He starts swinging Cupiditas and Mânie at an alarming speed, trying to dice the entire mech into cubes. Must defeat this, then I can go help Chiu.

As the guns point at Aeden he turns his body avoidng most of the bullets except for one which grazes against his armor plates. More mechs? Wait a minute. "Everyone! If these are mechs where's BNDT?!" Aeden not wanting to waste any more time turns and points Frost Fang at the mech's face trying to freeze its circuitry or firing mechanisms, anything to make it stop. Its worth a shot.

"I'm done messing around," Tsuteto murmured, stabbing one sword into the ground. Raising his hand, the weighted whip end struck right into the palm. It was heavier than Tsuteto anticipated it, it even pushing him back slightly from his slightly widened stance. "Everyone move on, I'll finish up here." It wasn't yelling, but it was forceful, and his eyes flashed golden as he threw the weight to the side. Calmly picking up his sword, he visibly took one step forward, then called upon his semblance for full speed.

First target, Aeden's opponent. Allowing Aeden's manuever to be the distraction of sort, he slipped in between the two fighters, and with his left hand, struck upwards diagonally from the bottom left, aiming for a clean cut across hip to shoulder.

Second target, Caihn's. As the bullet left from the robe folds, it became cleanly sliced, either side being redirected to opposite open areas, with Caihn being the middle point, leaving him unharmed. The blade didn't stop though, aiming to cut straight through the waist, to detach the upper body from the lower.

Third target, his original one. Himself now standing in front of the chain and long sword user, his blade was held high over his head, with the right arm. "Begone," was his only word as it came crashing down as if to split the foe in half.

Despite picking three targets with some distance from each other, his semblance allowed himself to move with enough speed, visually appearing in all three places at once, but ending up at his third fully.

Caihn instinctively jerks his leg to move it from the bullet's path, but makes no more actions as he sees Tsuteto charge his opponent in the blink of an eye. Timed to correspond with Tsuteto's strike, he extends his aura blade to bridge the gap between him and his target, seizes the flute that serves as his hilt with both hands and swings, aiming to knock the robot's head clean off its shoulders. 'Just for good measure' he thinks.
